"He shouldn't had done that to you Mira" is the words that stayed in my head from the night before from Ginny. I didn't tell her when we were in the carriage with Neville, I feel like it would have sent him into a nervous fit but I felt like I could tell her. We talked about it when we made it to the Gryffindor dorms for the night after my visit to the hospital wing. Lavender Brown heard some of our conversation and tried to be apart of it but I was kind of against it because she hasn't ever been very nice to me the past two years. But she was very interested in what we were talking about that I eventually said we would discuss later. But again.

"He shouldn't had done that to you Mira" Is what Ginny left me with before she went to bed herself. Was it wrong what he did? I knew it was but I couldn't stop thinking about it. But I wanted to know who told him about it. He said someone told him. I barely could eat at breakfast. Neville was worried but Ginny knew.

"Mira what do you have first class?" Neville inquired.

"Potions" I smiled genuinely as I picked at my breakfast  but then I heard his voice.

"Gonna faint again Potter" Draco taunted Harry as he walked by but then he made eye contact with me and smiled. I turned away quickly before I should've smiled back.

"Draco hasn't let up on Harry since last night. It's ridiculous" Neville whispered. I shifted uncomfortably at the subject. Why couldn't the two of them just get along?

"I should get to class...see you two later right" I nod to them brightly with them doing the same to me.

I start make my way down the hallway it's crowded as  usually. And of course much to my luck there was a huge group of slytherins outside Professor Snapes classroom. Marcus Flint and his gang being some of them leaning against the wall that was not by the door giving me hope I could make a run for it. Along with Pansy Parkinson and Millicent Bulstrode who were already giving me a nasty look as I was walking up. Then my eyes landed on someone now standing right in my path. Draco Malfoy.

"Are you ignoring me?" He whispered that I only I could hear as I tried to make it around him to the door. I didn't say anything as I still tried to get past him before anyone else could notice me.

"How's the boils Pretty Potter?" Marcus Flint moved to be flesh up against me as he whispered in my ear. Now I was trapped between Marcus Flint and Draco Malfoy, just my lucky day.

"Draco let me pass please" I whispered to him but he was now looking between me and Flint.

"Draco?" He pulled at my sweater pushing me against the wall "Now that's a little improper isn't it? I've never heard you call me by my name Pretty Potter" He fisted my shoulder crushing it under his hand making me bit my lip to suppress a cry out. I looked down at our feet as he pretty much had me lifted from the ground. I felt all the slytherins surrounding us covering us from others sights as they walked by.

"Say my name" He growled making  me look up at him in a shocked  confusion.

"Wha-" He rammed me hard against the wall making me hit my head against it.

"Say it"  He growled low again now grabbing my throat applying pressure to it.

"Marcus" I say quietly trying to make myself not cry.

"Marcus lay off" Draco grabbed the top of his sleeve and Flint merely stared him down which made  Draco back away.

"Say it better...come on" He said almost agitated as he applied more pressure to his grip on my throat which now completely cut off my air supply.

"M-Marcus" I practically whined out as tears rolled down my face and a roar of laughter could be heard throughout the group of Slytherin as the hallway was now starting to clear.
