I gently sit on the floor with my arms crossed, my eyes narrowing as I sigh and look away from the boy beside me. "You can't just sit there forever, school is starting soon" I looked back over to him as his grey eyes rested upon me. Yuki Sohma. Yuki and I were apart of the same clan, after some incidents I had moved in with him and Shigure a few months back, also being transferred to the school Yuki attends.
My eyes lit up gently when I heard a soft feminine voice speaking up from outside, along with Shigure's voice. Someone was here? Pulling myself up, I gently walk over to the door and peer out of it, spotting a girl who was around my age with long brunette hair which was neatly tied with two yellow ribbons on either side. She was wearing the same school uniform as me, did she really attend our school?
"Anyway, so you were born in the Year of the dog? That makes me feel close to you. After all, I'm a Dog-" Shigure was cut off real quick as a bag swung out from next to me and hit him over the head. "-too.." he then finished his sentence with a gloomy expression while falling silent right after, the bag still resting over his head. "Lay off the inappropriate flirting" Yuki sighed before looking at the girl with a slight smile.
"Are you all right, Honda? Did my cousin pull any funny business?" My eyes widen gently as Yuki says this, he had known this girl? "S-soma, good morning!" Honda quickly bowed down with a red face, panicking at the sight of him. "Good morning" he then greeted back as he lifted his backpack over his shoulders. I stood behind the door like an idiot before I gently stepped out and looked over the girl who now had rose back up.
"Oh, do you two know each-other?" Shigure had asked as he rubbed his head, looking up at Yuki. "This is Honda, she's in our class" Yuki smiled as he gestured to me too. She's in our class?! My eyes widened gently as I looked back at her as she bowed again. "I'm Tohru Honda, it's a pleasure to meet you! Good morning to you too.. uh, Soma" she quickly greeted with some trembling in her voice. "Ah.. good morning" I awkwardly bowed back before rising again and looking away.
