You and Hide had known each other for about two years, maybe three. You two had grown to the point where you two were inseparable. One day, you had received a text. "Hey." it read before three dots had appeared signaling that he was sending something else. "U free 2day?" You chuckled before replying. "Yea, y?" Again, the three dots, fun...."Meet me at the park in an hour, k?" You glanced at the clock, 2:25. "K." You sent back and began to get ready.

As you promised, you went to the park and what you saw surprised you. Hide was sitting on his bike, but he was CALM. Gasp! The moment he saw you, he beamed and began to waved happily at you. You began to walk towards him You poked his ribs with a sweet smile "Hello~" You chirped. He smiled in return and booped your nose. "Hi!" You cleared your throat before asking. "Any reason you asked me to meet you here?" He flinched before laughing nervously, scratching his neck. "Well,I wanted to ask you something..." You raised an eyebrow and waited for him to continue. "I well.." He began. "Ireallylikeyouandwaswonderingifyou'dbemygirlfriend...." You blinked, not understanding a single word he just uttered. "Hide. Speak slower." He sighed before picking up your hand. "Y/n, would you be my girlfriend, I have liked you for a while now and if you don't feel the same way, it's fine, just don't let it ruin our friendship." He looked at the ground, waiting for a response from the young (h/c)ette. You had a deep scarlet red attacking your cheeks. You had grown a liking to the boy. You had liked how he was always happy, and he even spread his happiness to others. You liked how he could find out anything in a matter of hours, or, at the longest, days. You LOVED how he wouldn't lie and you could tell if he was. You began to spew nonsense before engulfing the boy in a massive bear hug, basically choking him. "YES! YES! YES!" You shouted, catching the attention of others around you. Hide was processing that you just accepted his emotion. After letting it sink in a little, he hugged you tightly and you two kissed silently, before someone yelled out. "GET A ROOM!" You two broke apart and laughed quietly, in a loving embrace...

Kaneki and Nishiki were watching from a far tree, Kaneki, proud of his friend, Nishiki, happy for having some free time from the strawberry blonde. "Kaneki, just make sure they use a condom, we don't need little Hides running around for a while." Said Nishiki, stalking off, leaving a flustered Kaneki alone in silence.
