(Somewhere in Kuoh, a magic teleportation circle is seen as Rias and her group come out of it, which implies that they managed to escape Decade's Gigant attack. The suddenly notice that Union made an alliance with the Accord Federation, which didn't work much since Gray and his team are still winning, and things got worse since the Decepticon invasion proved to be too much for the Union Federation "Heroes" to handle.)
Rias: This is getting unfavorable. We need more powerful members for our army.
(They then go to a park, where they see a golden haired boy with red eyes who was sitting in the park finishing up his homework for his International Trade Law class with dark circles under his eyes from staying up all night.)
????: Must... keep... going...
(Rias then approaches him.)
Rias: Hello there.
????: (sighs) There goes my quiet life...
Rias: I'm here to make you an offer you can't refuse, I want you to join Union Academy.
????: Not interested.
(Rias gets surprised and annoyed.)
Rias: Don't be foolish. You have no idea what you're missing out on. By becoming a student of Union, you will gain access to the vast resources and eventually a Hero License. You will also be able to increase your power and abilities by learning from the staff. You will also have the honor of studying me, the most beautiful and noble Devil in existence.
????: (snorts) I don't need any of that, I have everything I need right here.
(Rias narrowed her eyes at him. She felt insulted and challenged by his attitude.)
Rias: Is that so? Then how about this? (seductively) If you join Union Academy, I will also let you have me as your lover.
????: (disgusted) Get lost. You're not my type!
(Rias gasped. She felt humiliated and enraged by his rejection. Then she reveals her true form as a devil.)
Rias: I'm not used to taking no for an answer. And I always get what I want. So I'm afraid I have to force you to join Union Academy.
????: NOT SO FAST, TOMATO HEAD!
(Rias and her group turn to see Gray and his group.)
Decade: I don't know how you escaped my Gigant Attack, but... (pulls out a card) This time, I'll make sure you die!
(He places the card on his driver and prepares to use it.)
ATTACK RIDE: SIDE BASSHAR!
(The Machine Decader becomes Side Basshar and shoots several missiles at Rias' group as a fight breaks out. The golden hair boy stands in there, only watching.)
????: (in mind) What a bunch of crazy people wearing costumes and dancing around in the world.
(Superior Spider-Man dodges both Akeno's electric attacks and Rias' destructive beams as he hits both of them with a roundhouse kick which sends both of them crashing into various trees.)
????: (in mind) Am I dreaming, or that spider guy thinks he's Chuck Norris?
(Rias dashes back into the battlefield and launches a destructive spell which ends up damaging the boy's computer.)
????: (angry) HEY, I JUST BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER! GGRRRRRRR! YOU KNOW WHAT? I HAD ENOUGH! (yells) THE WORLD!
(Suddenly the time stops as the boy angrily approaches Rias and decides to have his stand pummel her.)
????: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDAAAAA!
(The World's punch pierces through Rias' stomach, and then he returns to where he was standing before counting down.)
????: ...Zero!
(The time flows again, and Rias coughs blood and dies instantly due to the hole in her stomach. Nobody saw nor realized that Rias was killed. Nobody but Ikki, Stella and Shizuku, who see "The World" with its fist having pierced through Rias' stomach.)
Shizuku: Is that what I think it is?
(Stella looks at the golden haired boy who is somehow still standing in there, but showing a threatening look. Her eyes widen as she remembers something.)
Stella: I remember. When I was studying at Hagun, I mentioned that "Devices reflect the soul of the person who owns them."
(Ikki sees the shape of "The World" itself.)
Ikki: There's no doubt. The boy is the reincarnation of the wielder of "The World", Dio Brando. He is... DIO!
(The golden haired boy then makes "The World" drop Rias' dead body as he decides to interfere the fight with his own hands.)
