When you're sad, all you have to do is lay down and thing about all the things that's making you feel that way. Eventually you'll find the root to your sadness and pain.
Once you find the pain, it suddenly goes away, but you're left with this feeling of anxiety;"What do I do next?"
"How do I fix this problem?"
"Am i strong enough?"
