Chapter 3 Part 1

I lifted my hand from her stomach and I notice she was already looking a tad bit better. So I put the cap back on the medicine bottle and stand up. "Wow.. It must be cool working with dinosaurs up close.." I heard Gray said as he stand up as well. "Well I suppose so.." I said briefly then walk back to the car where Claire and Zach were at. "Come on you have to go now Gray, you've been here long enough.." I said, trying not to sound rude as I open the car door for him to go in and gave Claire the bottle back. "Awww okay, I'll see you later, right?" I nod my head as he went inside. "I'll see ya guys later. And don't go wandering off by yourself again.." I stated before shutting the door and went back to my motorcycle. But I wasn't fully aware to notice Zach's stare that was on my back. I pick up my helmet and saw the sick triceratop was already standing up. "Good she's fine that medicine really works fast.." I thought then I heard a car start it's engine and soon started to go away. I sigh quietly and pick up my radio and place it near my mouth. "Alright the sick triceratops is up again. You can open the gryosphere now, copy.." I put the radio slightly near my ear waiting for a responce. "Okay *static* Thank Ms. L/n-" "Ms. L/n will you please come into the lab, now.." "Alright I'll be there.." I put the radio back on my belt and put on my helmet and sat back on my motorcycle and start it's engine. "Whoops I forgot.." I thought as I speed up my motorcycle.

*Time skip till it was at the end of the day.*

I sigh as I saw the sun was setting down and watch a bunch of people went back into the resorts. "Finally, the day is over.." I thought as I wipe my brow when I felt a sweat come trickling down my forehead. I went back to my motorcycle with Archer wagging his tail since I picked him up when I was going to check on the harmless baby dinosaurs which was the last thing I had to check at the end of everyday. "Geez, Archer you're such a gentle giant.. You really like playing with those kids." I thought as I pat his head and pick up my helmet and sat on my motorcycle. I started it's engine and started ridding on the concrete path slowly without trying to run over people's feets. "That is the last time, I will accidentally ran over some teenage guy's foot... He tried get a kiss on the cheek from me. Ew.. Thank god Owen bump into us when he was on his break.." I thought thinking back what happen earlier before shaking my head and looked down at the now dirt path. I sigh quietly and start to speed up with Archer running right behind me.

*Time skip*

Once we reached back home I put my bike back to the spot which was right next to my stair steps before walking inside of my home. I pulled out my helmet off my head and went inside the kitchen to only place it on my kitchen table. Then I heard a loud grumble then some soft whining. I smile slightly before starting to laugh. "Hungry, Archer?" I ask then walk towards the dry dog food bag and pick up the scoop and his bowl. I grab some kibble and pour it into the food bowl and put it down. He got up and went towards the bowl and started eating it when I gave him the signal. I laughed some more then started walking towards my room and change my working clothes into my sleeping clothes. I felt my stomach grumble and I went back into the kitchen to make some noddles.

*Time skip*

Once I was done eating. I put the dish back into the empty sink and went to my room. I sat down on my bed as Archer came inside and jump on the bed. But Archer looked at me with a curious look as I started to think about one thing earlier. "What the hell why would Claire want to do that?"

*Earlier*

I step inside the cool air condition room as I saw Claire by herself in the room which was unusual. "Sorry about that so, what did you need to meet up with me about?" I ask as I cautiously glance at her and sat down on a chair with the room started to get tense. She just stayed silent as she gave me a paper which I took it in my hand and look at it.

I felt my heart stop for a second and I look at her before shaking my head as I glance back at it again then back at her once I regain my composure. "I was thinking of asking you first about your opinion ab- " Claire said but I cut her off. "No this is a bad idea.." She look at me shock but quickly regain her composure. "But-" "No, that's my answer.. I will not have this.. It may be the ever first hybrid we have but... It will destroy the park and kill all the other dinosaurs in this park.. I'm not risking this dangerous choice again!" I said as I slam the paper on the table hearing a loud thump and look at her coldly that made her flinch slightly. "This... So called 'dinosaur' hybrid can hide it's body heat, turn invisible, and has a smarter brain than a human?! Are you serious? This hybrid can easily smart you out Claire when you panic if you thought it escape or something and every person that does work here.. Though I do agree it will bring more people to come to this park but it dangerous I tell you.. Completely dangerous, with just one mess up.. And I will not risk the lives of peoples or dinosaurs like what happen in the last park..... You'll have to talk to Dr. Wu and Mr. Masrani about this if they agree then I'll think about it.. Besides your nephews are on this island as well thousands of people so think wisely Claire.." I said then walked out of the room not letting her have enough time to respond.

I sigh tired as I flop my back against my bed. "She better think wisely because this park is completely more dangerous than the last one in the old park as well the others-.." I sigh quietly before thinking more then close my eyes. "Well tomorrow is my day off for now so might as well stop thinking about this for now.." I thought then open my eyes again and gaze at a open curtain window to see the clear starry sky. ".... Why do I have a feeling about that she going to make me watch her nephews this time." I thought trailing off before closing my eyes and fell into a peaceful darkness.
