I swim beside tsireya as she wanted to show me the spirit tree. I've always wanted to know how it was and how beautiful it looked.
Aonung and Tuk was with us as the others wanted to go to the bonfire. I didn't blame them, I'd want to go to the bonfire if it hadn't had been for the spirit tree.
It's almost eclipse and we head into a cove. It was very round with circular stones in the sky. I could see stars peaking through the blue sky waiting to shine their brightest.
I had no words as this was nothing like I'd ever seen. It was dark as I saw the bright pink spirit tree. I smiled brightly as Tuk looked very excited to see it once more.
Aonung had a big smile, it kind of scared me he never smiled like this. Tsireya was explaining about her ancestors and how they founded this place.
I wa intrigued with the story as it was very inspiring and I was amazed by the ideas and knowledge their ancestors had.
I smile as Aonung continues. I feel like I could listen to him for hours. Listen to the stories, the adventures and all. I loved the way he talked with his hands and that he expressed his favorite parts.
As it got darker we decided to dive down. I was quite nervous as to what I'd see. I hold tuks hand as I look at tsireya and nod, understanding her that I would connect my que.
I only see darkness as it was comforting. I remember I can't breath as I sit there in the silence when I decide to go up.
I click for an ilu was I wait for the others, riding around the tree. It is comforting to see the pink leaves and bright colors of the coral beside it light up like the stars in the sky.
I smile as I head back to the surface thinking about all the possible adventures I could go on. It wasn't home but it felt comforting.
I then see someone come up from the tree, it was Aonung.
"Is Tuk and tsireya still down there?" I ask.
"They left before you came back conscious. Tuk was getting tired so I offered to stay with you." He says hopping on an ilu.
"Oh okay, race ya!!" I yell as I start to swim fast, very fast.
"Not fair!!" Aonung yelled, I could hear his grin through his words.
I swim fast as the water perfectly passes my curves on my body, my tail flalling behind me. I look back to see Aonung was no where to be found. I go up to the surface to try to lol for him, maybe I can get a better view.
"Aonung?!" I yell worriedly.
This made me anxious not knowing where he was. I looked around the dark waters as I could see a few fish and coral around me glowing brightly.
I was now heavy breathing as I couldn't find him. I start to tear up. What if it's my fault he dies? What if I'm lost? Am I lost? Where did he go? Did he abandoned me?
My head fills with these thoughts as I start to weep. I couldn't contain the tears coming out of my eyes.
Then I heard a splash..
"Are you alright?" Aonung asked as I look at him. Was it really him?
"I thought I lost u!" I yell still crying.
He pulled me into a hug, his warmth was comforting to me. I tried pushing away lightly but he didn't let me. I finally gave up as he pulled me off my ilu and onto his.
I hear my ilu squeak as it sets off. I melt in his comfort as I sit with my legs around his waist.
"We must get back, we're safe let's just go home." He says. His voice was soft and quiet. I nodded as I hopped behind him. He held my thigh as we swam through the waters.
The water had washed my tears away. I also pushed them away as I hugged Aonung from behind, almost falling asleep.
We finally got to shore as I walked up, holding hands with Aonung and not wanting to let go. I didn't care who saw I just wanted him comfort.
We are met with the entrance of the sully marui pod as I try to walk in but am stopped and pulled back.
"Your gonna be alright?" Aonung asks me. He had worry in his voice. He placed his hand cupping my cheek as I looked at him, really looked at him.
I nod as I smile.. really smiled.
"I'm going to be just fine Ao" I said.
He liked that nickname as his ears twitched to the sound of it, he smiled as we leaned into each other, closing the gap between us as our lips touched. It felt so right yet so wrong.
I couldn't pull away as he grabbed my hip and pulled me deeper. I put my arms around his neck as we pulled away setting our foreheads together.
"I see you Ralu.." he says.
I was surprised at the saying.. he felt the same?
"I see you, Aonung." I say.
