Part 6: Finding the Penguin.

Nobody's POV:

Some hours would go by as Jaysen would be hunting down where he could find out more to get to Black Mask and stop the Assassin's after him.

While doing so he found out The New Penguin may have information that he needed to find Black Mask.

As he was on a rooftop over watching the city he'd notice Vex walk up to him.

Vex: Cold night, eh.

Jaysen: Hm..

Vex: Righht.. Well mind if I tag along?

Jaysen: Sure.

Vex: Cool, cool. Soo what are you doing on this roof?

Jaysen: Watching this arms deal go down. Seems the punk in the hat could have information that I need in finding the Penguin.

Vex: Hunting him eh? Finding him could help me find Professor Ruin. And help you find who you need to find of course.

Jaysen looked at Vex and told him to follow his lead.

He'd then glide down towards the thugs as Vex turned into mist and went down on the ground.

The two began to beat the shit out of the thugs as Jaysen then lunged at the Penguin Thug.

He grabbed the Penguin Thug and started choking him demanding answers.

But he choked him a little too hard and knocked the thug unconscious.

Jaysen: Damn..

Vex: That went well.

Jaysen then looked at Vex.

Vex smirked and shrugs his shoulders.

Jaysen then grabbed the thug and brought him up on the clock tower.

Vex followed him.

Jaysen then dangled the thug by his ankle as he woke up and began screaming in terror.

Loose Lips: AHHHH!!! LET ME GO!!...

Jaysen: If you insist...

Jaysen then letted go of him and he fell just to hit the giant clock as Jaysen had a rope on him.

Jaysen then pulled him up.

Jaysen: Tell me where the Penguin is! NOW!!...

Loose Lips: OK OK!!.. I-I'LL TELL YOU!!..

Just then Jaxon contacted Jaysen.

Jaxon: Yo, Bats.

Jaysen: What is it?..

Jaxon: I have an informant in the Penguin's crew that tells me what the Penguin's usually up to. Apparently he's been dealing with Black Mask. And he's hold up on a ship called The Final Offer.

Jaysen: Thank you. Continue doing what you're doing. Penguin's mine..

Jaysen would then look at the Penguin thug and drop him as he falls down the building and hit the Christmas Tree. Badly injured but alive.

Vex: Yikes that was brutal. I like it.

Jaysen look at Vex and then what appeared to be Spider-Man still in a makeshift costume swing by.

Y/N: Did I just see you drop that thug off the building?..

Jaysen: What of it?.

Y/N: Uh. You could've killed him..

Jaysen: Well he isn't dead..

Jaysen would then walk away as he began to glide away towards The Final Offer.

Vex looked at Y/N, shrugged his shoulders as he began to follow Jaysen.

Y/N sighed as he heard a cop car about a block away.

He swung towards where the cop car was as they were fighting The White Fang.

Y/N quickly beaten up The White Fang thugs as cops pulled their guns on him.

Y/N webbed their guns and swung away.

With Jaysen and Vex they were clearing out The Final Offer.

They gotten to the fighting pit.

Where Electrocutioner was waiting for them.

Or at least Jaysen.

He taunted the two as Jaysen just jumped and kicked him in the face knocking him unconscious.

Eventually Jaysen and Vex would get to Penguin and began to interrogate him.

Just then a rope grabbed Jaysen's leg pulling him towards the fighting pit.

Jaysen tried to hold onto the doors frame but got kicked in the face by non-other then DeathStroke.

One of the other Assassin's.

He was about to slice Jaysen's face but he broke free and glided down and waited for DeathStroke to fight him.

Penguin demanded DeathStroke help him with Vex but DeathStroke only said.

DeathStroke: There's a 50 million bounty on the Bats head.. Unless you got that kind of money to protect you. Then consider yourself on your own with him.

DeathStroke then jumped down and began to fight Jaysen.

The fight lasted ten minutes as Jaysen won.

And then knocked DeathStroke out.

Vex walked up to Jaysen.

Vex: As much as I hate to say it. Penguins alive. Though I would rather have him dead.

Jaysen: Thanks for not killing him Vex. Did you get the information you needed?

Vex: Yeah. I did. Be seeing you around Batman.

Vex would then leave as Jaysen would then leave himself.

Jaysen would pounder on what to do next as he had to be careful because of the bounty on his head.

He had to find Black Mask. And fast.
