This causes his body and reflexes to go into overdrive. Causing him to view the world in slow motion. Allowing him to Dodge Bullets and can attack them without giving them time to react.
Personality: He's very Quiet, almost mute even. And has an Unnerving Presence, despite this he's very proud of his skills and is a massive gambler.
Background: An enigmatic Gunslinger who seemingly came from nowhere, he's completely. Who either can't or won't explain who or where he came from, with his name coming from the bucket on his head. He was enrolled into beacon academy by Ozpin, due to his skills.
