When I awoke I found myself in a strange lab like room with several barred iron doors.
"Ahhhh John you're finally awake," a mysterious voice declared from behind me. My first thought was: How does this guy know what my name is and my second and third thoughts were,
"Who are you? Where am I?" I tried to move to get of what I thought to be a bed when I realized that I was actually chained securely to a iron table.
"Ohhh," the mysterious voice replied, "Where are my manners? Welcome to my humble abode." I could just picture him bowing behind me.
"Why have you brought me here," I threw back at him.
"Well you see, I think you might remember some of my creations, as I call them. If you just remember maybe about eleven years back?" he challenged, "An encounter with some snails?"
"Crash!"
"How in the blistering blazes did this dog get in here?!" the mysterious voice screeched.
"Shaad here boy!" I yelled with a strained voice. There was a blood curdling scream and then Shad whining at the noise, sensing that the man was dead he came over to me, I almost didn't notice him it was so dark in the room. Shadow being the intelligent dog he is had the keys, and quickly had me out of my chains. Even before I looked I knew what happened. Shadow isn't violent or vicious, I would know he's been my only companion for the past three years, the only conclusion... suicide, and his tool of choice... a knife. Which was still protruding from his chest like a gruesome version of a knife in hot butter. I didn't quite know what to do with this man whom had kidnapped me. In the end I just walked out of the mad mans house and gave the police an anonymous tip that I'd seen a guy who was wanted for various crimes at the mad mans address, that was that... but it wasn't.
