Karina's POV
Aeri somehow convinced me to come to this party, considering that MinJeong's at the party too is a big help for Aeri to make me come to this party.
But, MinJeong's with her boyfriend, JaeMin... Ugh. Only if she knows that he's cheating on her, only if she knows.. that I can be a better Boyfriend than him.
A few minutes passed by and the urge to go home was huge, but before I went home, I went to the restroom for a little break, then I saw Kim MinJeong, with her eyes glued to her phone.
I can't believe we're alone inside the restroom, how lucky am I? Going to the restroom before going home... What are the chances? Everyone's dancing.. and he's not with you.
What should I do...?
Without thinking, I grabbed her wrist. She looked up from her phone and snapped her head towards me, "JiMin..? What are you doing?"
"...Where's your boyfriend?"
"He went home.. why?"
"Don't you think it's a little suspicious? Your boyfriend going home early without you? That's pretty suspicious to me..."
"What are you trying to say..?"
"He's cheating on you, MinJeong."
Her eyes widened and she pulled her wrist from my grasp, "Stop talking nonsense!"
"I have proof."
"Show me then!" She yelled, not wanting to believe me.
I showed her my phone, her eyes widened even more and tears flooded her eyes, "W-Wha..t..."
MinJeong's POV
I've always had my suspicions of him cheating on me, but I didn't want to believe it, I didn't want to know.. I left it hanging... I feel rage, betrayal, sadness stirring inside of me.
"It's okay, you have me," Karina whispered, I looked up at her.
Karina's POV
"I can be better, a better boyfriend than him.. I could do all the things that he never did..." Up all night, I won't quit. Should I steal you from him?
"I could be such a gentleman..." I continued, looking lovingly at her.
She looked at me confused, her cheeks a bit red. I leaned in closer to her ear
"I don't need to tell you twice, all the ways he can't suffice. If I could give you some advice, I would leave with me tonight.." I whispered, I can feel her.. shivering...
"Come on, let's get out of here." I grabbed her wrist gently and guided her out of the restroom, to the exit and to my car.
I opened the car door, which is next to the driver's seat. "Ladies first, baby, I insist."
She smiled slightly as she went inside the car. I walked around the car and opened the car door and went inside.
I started the engine and turned on the AC.
I looked at her and leaned closer, "I would have never left you alone, here on your own, glued to your phone.."
I saw her cheeks turning red, "J-JiMin.."
"I would have never left you alone, for someone else to take you home."
"..."
"I could be a better Boyfriend than him, Kim MinJeong.. leave JaeMin, leave him for me. I'll be better than he'll ever be."
