Chapter 2

Hi guys. So every chapter it's going to switch from Bane to Tyler so next chapter will be Bane. I will use first person POV so it'll be easier for me to write. Thx!

I stared up at Bane. I blushed as he took off the books. "Do you ever clean your locker?" He asked. I blushed a little more and he helped me up. Good thing my fur was black. He put up the books. A word finally escaped my snout,"Thanks" He left after my word and headed to his next period.

After School

I headed home with my backpack on my shoulders. I looked over to my left to see the one and only Bane. His messy fur blew different ways as he rode down the sidewalk. Hiis small smile brightened my day. He was staring down his pathway to his house and was listening to music. I felt like calling his name and running over to him and hugging him but that'd never happen.

I arrived home and looked to my right to see Bane open his house door and closing it. I sighed briefly and entered my own house. I stepped inside and greeted my mom with a 'hello'. I went to my room and grabbed my homework from my bag and started to work on it. I got to a part I didn't remember. I looked in my bag and noticed their wasn't any history books.

"Crap" I mumbled and burst downstairs.

"Mom, do you know if the library is open today?" I asked eagerly.

She thought for a moment and said, "Yeah, it's open."

I ran back upstairs to my room and grabbed the homework. I ran to the door and left. I stared down at my homework and tried to remember the book. I bumped into a large figure.

"Hey watch it!" A familiar voice growled.

I stood up and rubbed my head to see Bane. My eyes sparkled. "Oh, its just you" he growled slightly. "What are you doing outside? You're an indoor kind of guy right?" he asked.

Do I say yes? I mean yeah I'm usually inside but if I say yes will he dislike me?

"Y-yeah" I responded.

"Then what're you doing out here?" He asked.

"Just g-going to the library" I stuttered.

"Same" he said.

This is my chance! I can walk alongside him! Maybe I should get to know him along the trip.

"D-do you not like indoor guys?" I asked curiously. He shrugged and said, "I don't really care much about if someone is an indoor or outdoor person. I can say I'm an outdoor person though"

"Can I tag along with you? Well I mean go with you to the library?" I asked. He nodded. He looked down at me seeing the homework and looked forward again. "And why are you going to the library?" I questioned him.

"To meet up with some friends" he replied.

His phone rang and he looked at it. "Nevermind then" he said and turned away. I stared as he went away.

I felt a bit different that time. I didn't feel even a connection. I blew it... How am I supposed to talk to him like a crush would? Or does that make any sense...
