The euphoria of the recent engagement announcement was abruptly overshadowed by a grim reality. Bella, who was once glowing with the joy of newlywed bliss, had rapidly succumbed to an alarming condition. Her once rosy cheeks had hollowed out, her body becoming frighteningly frail in a matter of weeks.
