Episode 6: Alone together

Ruby's Pov

I lay down on the roof thinking over everything.

Ruby: (So much has happened. I found out I have another dad, Me and Y/n became Super Saiyans. I am also going to see my mom whenever we collect all of the Dragon balls. Now we are going to fight an evil Grimm controlling lady. My life has gotten really strange.)

I look up to see Yang above me.

Yang: You're up early.

Ruby: Hey sis.

Yang dangles her hair in front of me making me laugh.

Yang: Boop!

I sit up as Yang walks beside me and sits down.

Ruby: What are you doing up?

Yang: Couldn't go back to sleep.

Ruby: Yeah me too.

???: Fortunately coffee exists.

We turn around to see Weiss wearing a Coat even though it is hot out and carrying a tray of coffee. She hands one to Yang and is about to hand one to me.

Ruby: No please.

Weiss: Don't worry I made sure to add blast famous amounts of sugar just for you.

Ruby: Yeah, nice Weiss strikes again!

I reach for the coffee but she pulls it back with a cold expression.

Weiss: I will pour this on you and it will burn.

I laugh as she hands me my coffee. She then sits beside me and Yang.

Yang: I still can't believe we are here in Mistral.

Ruby: That's what you can't believe?

Yang: Yeah, well besides the magic and the alien stuff but- You know what I mean.

Weiss: Honestly I never expected to see you two again.

I drink my coffee.

Yang: Yeah? Well here's to defying expectations.

Yang and Weiss clink their mugs together.

I sigh and look up.

Ruby: I just wish Blake was here too.

Yang sighs before setting her mug down.

Yang: Well she made her choice.

Me and Weiss look at each other.

Weiss: What is that supposed to mean?

Yang: I mean she could have been here if she just stayed here with us but it's fine.

Ruby: Don't you want her here?

Yang: I do but it's just. . . Why did she have to leave?

We all just stand their and look to the sky.

Meanwhile Y/n is getting groceries.

Y/n: Let's see, Cookie dough, meat, milk, hamburger buns. I have everything for tonight.

Y/n looks over to see Articho buying something from the drug store across the street.

Y/n: Huh? What's he getting?

Y/n buys his stuff and walks over to him.

Articho: What do you want clown?

Y/n: What did you buy from the Drug store? Are you sick?
