(Trigger warnings: Cringe!!)
School. We all hate it, right? It's something all teenagers and children can agree on. Whether it's the endless amount of work and homework they give us, the teachers that despise you, all the other students acting like idiots. There are so many reasons to hate school.
Well, at least that's what all humans have in common, with the exceptions of goody-two-shoes and nerds.I put on the uniform, which looked like every basic seifuku uniform, except for the fact it was plated grey and black with an odd pink tie. I never understood why the bright pink tie, does it have to be that odd? It doesn't even suit me honestly, but it's not like I can argue with them.

I go downstairs and get greeted by my mother, making breakfast and my little sister hitting her fork and knife continuously on the table, waiting for the food impatiently. "KYOSIS!! MORNING!!" Shiho's loud and high voice warmed up the room as she smiled at me warmly, filling my heart with sweetness. "Morning shiho what's fo-" I said calmly as I rubbed my eyes, "-Mummy is making Dino nuggies!!" *shiho squeeled from excitement as if she has been starved for days. "Nuggets for breakfast?" I question my mother as her head tilted slightly and exhaled softly. "Yeah, Shiho insisted, and since uts her first day in school, I wanted to make her day," My mothers voice softly rang in my head like a soft lullaby as she poured some nuggets onto a plate and handed it to a hungry yet enthusiastic child.
"Anything you want for breakfast, Kyo?" My mother asked me attention drawn to me for a second. "Do we have the coffee-free tiramisu?" I question my mother curiously. "No, I'm guessing you rummaged through the fridge again?" My mother teased, which made me let out a soft chuckle. "Fineee, I'll have the toast with cucumber, tomatoes, and ham." I said in defeat with a soft smile to my face.
I headed to my seat, which was to the right of the table, simple yet significant detail to me. I watched Shiho as she inhailed the dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets. Eating the head, then the tail. Her blue eyes shined like diamonds from the glee and satisfaction she had from her favourite meal and her short platinum hair was tied into two ponytails which made her face look so chubby and sweet you could squish them. Eventually, my mother handed me a plate of toast and chewed it slowly, saving each bite. Too focused on my breakfast. I didn't realise Shiho was staring at me "eww tomatoes!!' *She stuck her tongue out and looked away disgusted. This was made with me and my mother giggle. "You do know ketchup is made from tomatoes, right?" I question my sister, to which she scoffed."Pft as if!!" She said sarcastically. "She is correct, dear." my mother said as she sat down at the table too, to which my sister gasped. "Wait, really!?" She finally asked, which made me giggle.
After we all finished our breakfast, I collected the plates and washed them in the sink, placing them on the dryers afterwards. I check the time, 7:54am. I have about 10 minutes before I leave the house. I head upstairs back into my rooms and make sure I packed everything before I put it on. I head back downstairs, checking my timetable while I do so. '.. science.. English.. business.. maths... ughh boring!!?' I sigh as I put my timetable back into my pocket. I kiss my mither and sister goodbye and put on my shoes, ready to leave. "BYE, mum! Bye, sis!" I wave them goodbye and open the door, exiting my home.
I head to my school CA academy
(Yes, it is a different school than PK Academy. This is set in the past, btw)
and was walking casually, looking at pennies on the floor, which were said to bring good fortune. The birds sang solemnly, and the gentle whistle of the leaves as the wind blew on them. The gently and fresh wind mother nature provides us and the beautiful sunrise ahead of her, which lit the sky a rose pink colour. It felt as if this was all a movie, a fantasy. The path was shirt and sweet, and the nice passerby greeting you every now and then. The neighbourhood was a good place. Let's just hope school was always like this..As I paid attention to the birds on the fence, I bumped into someone. The figure was tall and broad. 'Oh hey there! You better watch where you're walking!" A deep yet energetic voice said confidently as he offered his hand. I looked back at the person and noticed how... uh... how do I say this nicely.. abnormal he was! His butt chin definitely looked like some type of punching machine, and his haircut was giving homeless vibes. "Oh, right! We haven't met yet. I'm Nendou!" The confident voice said with a smile, still offering his hand. I just smiled akwardly and shook it. "Yeah... Nice to meet you, too. " I said slowly as I nodded akwardly. "Oh, you must be from another school! Well, I won't get in your way now! Have fun, buddy!!" Nendou smiled gently as he walked the opposite direction, leaving Kyoko confused, however eventually shrugging and continuing on with her walk.
I continued to walk to my school and stand before the gate, which towered over me, threatening me, reminding me of my iternal misery I would have in this place with no escape. I took a deep breath and entered the school filled with unfamiliar faces, which I could not depict whether they mean harm or peace anymore. The hum of the fountains and dancing of the leaves were the only calming thing within this hellhole.
