"Man, Smith we got to stop meeting like this." It was Austin. How did he know my last name. When I bumped into him earlier he couldn't tell you what my first name was.
He leaned back onto the wall. He had a cigarette in his hand, which he had clearly just been smoking. He dropped it on the ground and stepped on it.
"How do you know my last name Austin." His lips curled up into a smirk.
"And how do you know my first name." Uhh I rolled my eyes. This boy thinks everyone is obsessed with him.
"Seriously are you stalking me." I cocked an eyebrow. He let out a sarcastic laugh.
"No. But I wanted to know your name so now I do. I have connections." He raised his eyebrows as if I should be impressed.
"Yeah ok, whatever Austin." I started towards my car.
"Bye Smith." I could tell he was saying it through a smirk.

I woke and looked over at my phone, 7am. I had gotten home last night, showered, and went to sleep.
I got out of bed and went into my bathroom. I put my hair into a braid and put on some mascara. I threw on a hoodie with my leggings and converse. I grabbed my backpack and my phone and went down stairs.
My dad was putting on his shoes as I stepped into our kitchen. I lived with my mom and dad. My older sister was a sophomore in college.
"Hey Morgan, me and your mom have a dinner with some of her friends from work so we won't be home until late tonight." My parents were often home so when they weren't I didn't really have anything to do.
"Ok dad, I'll see you later love you." I was getting a banana and bottle of water for breakfast.
"Love you too, have a good day."
My dad walked out and shut the door. I followed him not far behind.
I got in my car and turned the radio on. Then I heard my phone ringing. I reached down in my floor bored and tried to dig it out of the side pocket of my backpack.
I saw Gracie's name flash across the screen.
"Hey Morgan I'm still sick so I won't be at school today."
"Ok I hope you feel better bye Gracie."
"Bye."
I hung up and pulled out of mg driveway. I had other friends but none like Gracie. I guess I would just keep to myself more than usual today.

I sat down a my usual lunch table. Funny enough Gracie was my only friend that had the same lunch period as me.
I put in my AirPods and got out my homework Mr Cameron had assigned to me yesterday.
I started to read the first section of my notes when I felt a cold liquid drain down my head and back.
