Sable Pov
I was sitting court side at the Philadelphia 76er game watching my favorite team play. This is my very first basketball game and so far it was a great experience. During the game I noticed that the crowd was going crazy and I didn't really understand why until I looked up at the screen to see who the camera was pointing at and low and behold it was Jalen Hurts who plays for the football team the Philadelphia Eagles he stood up from his seat and waved at the crowd. My mind was going crazy because I was 10 seats down away from him. Wow, talking about living a dream, after the 3rd quarter ended I decided to get a snake from the concession stand and something to drink. I was super happy because the line wasn't long and plus there weren't a lot of people here. I decided on getting a salty pretzel and a bottle sprite after paying for everything. I turned to head back to my seat but before I could do so I bumped into a hard chest making me drop my pretzel and soda.

Sable: " S-shit i'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going"

When I went to go and pick up the pretzel to throw it away I finally met who I bumped into and boy was I going crazy inside.

Jalen: " No need to apologize, beautiful, that was all on me, would it be okay if I buy you another pretzel?"

I was honestly star struck and he called me beautiful. I think I need someone to pinch me please but I remain cool on the outside.

Sable: " No that's okay you don't have to do that it's fine I can just buy another one"

I finally threw the dirty pretzel in the garbage and was about to walk in the line for another one. That was until I felt a hand tap my shoulder and a fresh salt pretzel was being handed to me.

Jalen: " Your welcome beautiful"

I smiled as butterflies erupted from my stomach. I took the pretzel from Jalen's hand and thanked him.

Sable: " Thank you. You're Jalen from the Philadelphia Eagles right?"

We were now talking to make conversation.

Jalen: " Yes I am, I wonder what gave it away?"

Sable: " I saw you earlier on the screen during the game and the fans were going crazy"

Jalen: " I see, so what's your name beautiful"

If he calls me beautiful one more time.

Sable: " My name is Sable"

Jalen: " That's name is beautiful, kinda got a ring to it."

We turned the left conor which took us back to the arena, I started to see a crowd forming around us.

Sable: " Well it was a pleasure meeting you Jalen, I hope to meet you again soon someday" I said about walking away but was stopped by his voice.

Jalen: " Hey, wait um would it be alright if i get your number?"

I was screaming on the inside but in all seriousness I didn't want to give him my number. I mean for what reason. He's a celebrity and I'm just a normal individual person and more importantly I don't ever allow my heart to be played with.

Sable: " With all respect Jalen I'm going to have to say no."

He looked a little taken back when I said that. I don't care how fine a man is. I know my worth if you want me, show me.

Jalen: " Damn ouch but it's cool enjoy the rest of the night I do hope to meet you again soon"

I smiled walking back to my seat feeling happy.
