Chapter Fifty-Six
A solemn atmosphere shrouded the imperial city.

Everyone at Taehyung's manor hid their joy.

There were no red flowers, no firecrackers and no red wedding decorations. Everyone at Taehyung's manor only changed into new clothes and ate a simple wedding banquet together.

In the evening Hoseok and Yea ji were escorted to their chamber.

When Hoseok was about to step into the chamber, Taehyung pulled him back.

'Do you know how to do it?' Taehyung asked softly.

Taehyung feared the innocent Hoseok wouldn't know how to do it.

'Don't forget I'm a physician,' Hoseok said.

'I wish you a happy night!' Taehyung said.

'Um,' Hoseok said.

Hoseok stepped into the chamber but Taehyung pulled him back again.

'Are you certain you understand what to do?' Taehyung asked.

Hoseok looked suspiciously at Taehyung then Hoseok strode into the chamber.

Hoseok carefully checked the windows and doors were locked properly then he stepped toward the bed.

Hoseok's heart pounded the moment he saw the veiled Yea ji on the bed. He waited for his heart to calm a little then he sat on the bed next to her and he stared at the floor for a while.

Hoseok's hands began fiddling. He didn't know what to do next because it wasn't written in the medical books that he studied.

Yea ji slowly moved closer toward Hoseok and she stretched out her hand in the direction of his hand. He thought she was a daring demoness and his hesitations disappeared. He pushed her onto the bed and pulled off her red veil... except the face of the person below his body wasn't Yea ji!

'Ah!' Jimin cried out.

Taehyung kicked opened the locked door, entered the chamber and saw Jimin was crying.

'Ninth prince, save me!' Jimin begged.

A while later Jimin was exchanged for Yea ji and Hoseok finally calmed down a little. But Hoseok still glared at Taehyung like Taehyung was his biggest enemy.

Taehyung was smiling because Hoseok tasted what it was like to have other people interfere during a good night.

'It's not that I didn't let you do it,' Taehyung teased. 'But it wasn't the right time to do it.'

Taehyung silently cursed Hoseok, 'you dare to lie I needed to wait a year!'

Hoseok didn't want to admit that he shouldn't have teased Taehyung in the past.

Taehyung waited for Hoseok to close the door then he turned around to look at Jimin.

'Ninth prince, you're too cruel,' Jimin sulked. 'What happens if Gentleman Jung hoseok didn't take off the veil but continued to undress me?'

Taehyung patted Jimin's shoulder. 'Then you can enjoy jung hoseok  undressed you and what happens afterward.'

Jimin was speechless at Taehyung's way of comforting another person.

Inside the chamber Hoseok was satisfied it was Yea ji on the bed next to him. But he didn't know what to do next.

'Tonight is our wedding night,' Hoseok said.

'Yes,' Yea ji said.

'We should sleep early tonight,' Hoseok said.

'Yes,' Yea ji said.
