Nobody knows what anxiety is,
Anxiety is a puzzle unsolved, a difficult quiz,
Cannot be explained by words.
The silent ache, lingering, unheard.Hands quake as I step in a room,
Unwelcome whispers loom like doom.
I know, of course I know—
You are judging me, I'm sure of it.I hold my breath when I come in,
Hoping against hope that I won't be seen.
Silent, I fade, a ghost unseen,
Pride mistaken, it's a silent scream.Anxiety, a relentless storm within,
Where breathing is hard, and sleep wears thin.
A bully in the mind, casting judgements deep,
A struggle unnamed, while the world's asleep.Anxiety is your existence questioned with every beat,
Anxiety is a nightly ritual, where tears meet the sheet.
Anxiety is understanding all, yet nothing at all,
Anxiety isn't just a concept; ANXIETY IS ME.
