"It seems that the rogues have gotten stronger over the years, we don't know how or who is doing this. But this new rogues are not your typical that we are accustomed to. They are more vicious and stronger, only this past month a whole pack was wiped out." Mason, the Beta of the Dante pack stated to his alpha and the third in command.

Mason wouldn't lie when he said that he wasn't worried, this rogues were impressive not only in size but also in numbers. To manage to wipe out a whole pack was impressive and shocking, he wouldn't have believed it if he hadn't witnessed it by first hand. The reminder of the battle he had earlier this week was still burning in his left forearm.

Although, the arm was wrapped in bandages and covered up by his long sleeve shirt, the claws scratches were still burning and hurting in his arm. He was lucky he had gotten out alive of the battle if it hadn't been for his alpha Marcus Dante. Even though Marcus and Mason grew up together, and were best-friends Mason always have respected him as his alpha.

Marcus crossed his arms and reclined himself back in the black leather chair. His mind was swirling with questions about this rogues. He knew that this was not a coincidence, someone must have been leading them. Because according to werewolf knowledge, rogues were never this organized or stronger.

He knew a pack of these didn't survive long because rogues were more in their animalistic side rather than the human one, this made it almost impossible for a rogue to be either a leader or be in a pack. Their thirst for power and their ravaging was much greater than anything else. So seeing this kind of thing it was shocking and bizarre.

Chris his third cleared his throat, "I think we should send a squad and see if they can find anything." He suggested to his alpha but this one shook his head. "It's too risky." Marcus stated, "If we send them right now, there's a chance that they might still be there. And if that's right I refuse to endanger anyone from the pack." Marcus stated.

"But they have already taken one of us!" Chris said referring to his cousin's mate Andrew. Emilia his cousin, hadn't been the same since they took him. She barely spoke, ate or slept. Chris wanted so desperately to help her some way but he knew he couldn't, well at least not professionally.

Last time he found Emilia, she was on the border of killing herself, which was really difficult for a werewolf, but somehow she manage to try. Fortunately, he stopped her from shooting herself. Emilia then broke down and that's when he knew that he needed more help than he thought.

She was now in the pack's hospital, sedated most of the time because she couldn't cope with her reality. Marcus stared at his third, and seeing his conflict make him hoped that for his sake, and for Emilia, Chris cousin for Andrew to still be alive.

Shaking his head, Marcus looked and narrow his stare at Chris his third. "Like I said before, I'm not willing to expose more of the pack members." He said with a little growl of dominance.

His wolf wasn't happy that his third was doubting his judgement. His third flinched at his tone but didn't back down, which was good. A third always had to be level headed and not be easily intimidated.

A knock on the door was heard and all three men turned to the new visitor. "Come in." Marcus responded in a monotone voice.

A quiet and timid Delilah entered the room. Her blonde hair was in a pony tail, and pair of nerdy glasses complemented her heart shaped face. She was in a simple button down white shirt and high waisted shirt. She wore flats which didn't help her 5'0 foot frame. All men turned towards her and she blushed as she was being the center of attention. Also like them she was a werewolf, a shy one at that.

"Alpha, there's a call from Spain. I tried to ask who it was, but the woman only said that she wanted to talk to you. She's in line two." She responded as she looked down, afraid that her alpha might snap at her incompetence.
