It's been a month since Jungkook came back from France. As instructed, he underwent rehabilitation for his alcoholism along with therapy sessions to heal him mentally, physically and emotionally.
He started preparing for his come back album, engaging himself with recording songs, filming MVs, interviews with magazines, photoshoots for various brands, just anything and everything he used to do until a year ago.
Nobody knew what gave him a motivation to recover from his downfall. There is only one thing that he always kept close to his heart. The ring that his beloved had left behind.

He was persistent about wearing it all the time, not even removing it for MVs or brand photoshoots. He believed that the ring holds a certain power that would make him feel better.
Jungkook was in green room taking a break between filming the MV. He fiddled with the ring hung over his neck, smiling lightly as he got lost in thoughts.

With tears in his eyes and a heavy heart, Jungkook couldn't accept that Taehyung will not come to the airport to travel with him. He believed that the doctor still loved him, yet he couldn't understand why the other let him go.
He sat in his private jet, with watery eyes he looked outside the rain pouring down, as if the sky is weeping his sorrows. He was about to switch on his aeroplane mode on mobile when a message pinged. His mouth agape and eyes widened as soon as he read it.

Tears of joy rolled down his cheeks, as an instant smile appeared on his lips. He clutched the phone pressing against his chest, letting out a deep sigh of relief. "Come back soon hyungie, I will be waiting for you." He muttered softly.
