Anti-Entropy Base in New Mexico - United States 

In the Secret Base of Anti-Entropy, numerous Scientist was all working on the Projects that there Leaders has assigned to them, and the Tasked assigned to them was to worked on the numerous Papers and Research Notes that Kiana Klein has granted them

It was a line of worked that required lots of Scientist and Researchers on being able to worked with the numerous papers and notes that Dr.Klein has made in the last year alone, to the point that they are being overworked itself, with them only completing about 60% of the entire Papers itself 

But despite that though, they are also the Base that is producing the Most Results about the Honkai itself, and even on the Universe itself even, causing no end of praise and headaches to the Higher Ups, who is forced in giving them more and more of there own Resources to the point of neglecting some parts of other Branches as well 

Apart from the Main Branches - the Other Branches was being neglected, it was to the point that the other Branches is voicing out complains in a daily, but unfortunately though, it was something that cannot be fixed in a short period of time

Because of the amount of information that the New Mexico base was discovering was far too valuable, it was decided that the New Mexico base would have the Highest Priority itself, with even rumors circulating that the New Mexico base would become apart of the Main Branch of AE itself 

Something that no other Branches has ever done itself, something that has cause endless distress by the other Branches of Research and Development, of course, such things was noticed by Higher Ups and has been trying and failing to reason with them, but still there own efforts is still able to somewhat slow down the distressed, but not that much 

Because of this, Cocolia was able to take power and acquire huge amounts of Influence in the Organization itself, surpassing the Authority and Influence of even Femirins, Kaguya and Ryoma as well, with her own Influence nearing the levels of Einstein and Tesla themselves

Because of this Huge Increased in Politcal Power and Influence, she was able to create her own Faction named and headed by herself, with her taking control of some of the Lower Level Branches into her Faction, and funding them and providing manpower as well, allowing them to reached there own Goals and Strengthen there own Position in the Organization 

It was such a huge and successful moved, that it shocked the Higher Ups itself, but before they could even do anything about it though, it was already too late, she already held a lot of support and influence for them to stopped her advancements itself 

It's because of this Political Battle, the Movements of Anti-Entropy has slowed down, especially in the Decision Making Department, with the 2 Factions of Cocolia and Welt very much is disagreeing with one another, and tries to make decisions that would either benefit themselves or does of Humanity itself, which unfortuantely though, most of the decisions to this day is made follows the former  

And in the middle of all of this, the New Mexico Base, who currently is researching away, turned a blind away towards the Battle that was ensueing between the Organization itself, only wanting to research away and discover the secrets that Kiana herself has discovered and be the first people that have actually learnt of it after Kiana herself
