When Kiana left the room itself, another ring was heard causing Ryoma to take out his own phone to see who was calling him

Ryoma: " Sorry about that, I need to take this call, an associate of mine is calling " He apologized while bowing down to Theresa for the inconvience that he cause 

Theresa: " It's fine, but please do finished it up quickly, since after all, the Concern is still underway and your a Guest of ours, so we want you to see and experience it all " 

Ryoma: " *Apologetically smile* Right, thank you for this Headmistress " With him now standing and giving one last bow, he then left the room, before going towards an isolated space that would allow him to privately chat with his Boss 

[Sovereign]

Seeing that he was now alone, Ryoma then answered the phone

Ryoma: " How may I helped you Lord Sovereign " Ryoma spoke in a respectful, but still hash tone, not wanting anyone to hear his conversation right now, especially in Schicksal controlled land 

Welt: [You're in the Academy City correct?]

Ryoma: " That's right My Lord, I'am currently in attendence with Ms.Klein.. But also.. Something has come up as well My Lord.. " Ryoma answered, while also thinking back to the Woman that Siegfried Kaslana dearly loved, who originally stood besides her own Cloned Daughter 

In fact, he doesn't even know if he should even report her, since after all, this sort of Information would then be revealed to Siegfried Kaslana as well, who has been said to be travelling with the Sovereign to enter Academy City itself to meet up with Kiana

But now knowing that Cecilia Schariac has now been revived, he couldn't helped but think about Siegfried and how he would react to all of this, and how would Kiana fully explain everything as well 

Welt who is noticing the further and further silence between himself and that of Ryoma decided to speak up: [What is it Ryoma? If there is something that you felt like you need to report, report it to me then, it matters even more if it's bad news]

Hearing that, Ryoma could only sigh before hashing his voice even more to the point that Welt could hardly hear it anymore

Ryoma: " Cecilia Schariac has been revived by Kiana "

Welt hearing the ridiculous statement of his old friend, couldn't helped but pause for a moment, before stealing some glances towards Siegfried, who was currently watching the concert with headphones on, causing him to then sigh in relief before leaving, before giving an excuse of a bathroom break, to then resumed his call with Ryoma after leaving and collecting his thoughts about the revelation 

Welt: [Can you explain in more detail on the phone on how that was possible?] He asked, fully knowing that this is an extremely sensitive topic to both to themselves, and to Siegfried itself, since after all, the Man very much loved his family, with him occassionally even being heard talking about his Deceased Wife with either by himself mumbling or talking to another person itself 

It became such, that the Researchers are encourage to engage in dialogue with the man, wanting him to have some form of outlet from his problems, and to allow him to recover from his possible traumas and the likes, not just for his own sakes, but Humanity as well, with Welt coming to believed that his Power is a necessary step for Humanity to win and survived the Honkai itself
