The Base was bustling with clear activity itself, with does in the Biological and Advanced Weaponry Divisions of the Grand Organization of Anti-Entropy was in an state of High-Alert, the reason for this is rather simple, for right now, the Completion of there own Personal Project was now being commence
Project Rebirth - A Project that was headed by Kaguya Miyamoto - One of the Executives of AE - it was a Project that Kaguya dreamt of doing, but couldn't due to the Technological restraits of the past, but with the advent of Kiana's revolutionizing ideas, she was able to commence with the Project with Welt's own permission
As for what the Project entails, it's quite simple really..

Project Rebirth - Is a Project that makes Ordinary Humans in Cyborgs with the full capabilities of being able to take on Honkai without the risked of Honkai Corruption and Extreme Destructive Capabilities
It was a Project that was long since been considered abandoned due to it's Impossibility of it's completion, since after all, despite successfully creating the possible weapons that an cyborg would need in the fight against the Honkai, it didn't have a strong enough Power Source to power everything up, it was in essence a dream that only existed in the minds of Kaguya
But with the advent of Kiana, and her own creations, she was able to effectively restart the Entire Project once more, and with some helped and advice from Kiana, and with the coorporation of Femirinsm, the entire Project itself was essentially completed, with the only thing that is needed is to assemble all of it now
And with both Genos and Rei being willing subjects, Kaguya was able to easily start the last phase of her Personal Project
' Genos.. Rei.. You two shall be my Answer to her Question... [What does it mean to be Human? Is it to evolved and surpassed ones limits?
