I stare at her as she admires the shining fireflies.
She's so stunning.
Her eyes brown in color,her small button nose,plump lips where the lower lip is more plump than the upper lip smeared with a light shade of lipstick. She has freckles on her cheeks and it makes her look even adorable and the mole below her lower lip is so attractive. Her chubby cheeks appear so soft.
I look towards my siblings and see brothers wink at me as they walk out leaving us alone.
"What do you mean by they are mates?",she looked up and asked.
She looked around and frowned not finding the others in the vicinity.
"Where did they all go?",she asked.
"They gave us what every couple demands",I said as I looked at her.
"And what's that?",she asked sarcastically.
I smirked and leaned closer to her. She leaned back startled at the proximity.
"Privacy",I whispered gazing at her lips.
She rolled her eyes and I chuckled.
"How should we make use of this privacy", I ask feigning innocence.
I wrap an arm around her waist and pull her close. She gasps and then lowers her gaze feeling shy of the proximity. I cup her nape and make her look at me. She stared at me wideeyed while I brush my thumb against her jawline. I look at her lips and they're so close to mine that I can feel her breath fan my lips and just a bit closer if I move my lips would brush against hers.
I looked into her eyes and she whispered,
"Rajveer".
I humm.
"When fireflies want to find their mate,they shine and then both of them meet and shine together",I whispered.
"The firefly on my bracelet found its mate in the firefly on yours,similar to how I found my mate in you",I looked at her and whispered.
She chuckled and looked down as I loosen my grip and pull my hand back.
She stood up and looked at me.
"Do you believe in all these?",she asked as she turned to go back.
I stood up and held her wrist and she turned to look at me. I pulled her back and twisted her arm behind her back as I pulled her close. Her bossom brushing against my hard torso.
She looked at me wide eyed innocence lingering in them trying to free her arm.
I tighten my hold on her and pull her even closer.
"I didn't until I met you,Kia",I said.
"The way they shine for their mates,you shine for me",I said.
She looked at me with innocent eyes and then I feel her stomp her foot on mine. I wince and loosen my grip. She backs away and crosses her arms and looks at me with a smirk adorning her face.
"Don't manhandle me,I don't appreciate it",she said.
I stand straight and walk closer to her.
"Don't pretend to dislike it",I said.
She scoffed and said,"In your dreams,
Mr. Rathore".
"Trust me,you like a lot more in my dreams, Mrs. Rathore",I said smirking at her.
