The sound of the phone beeping continuously reached my ear as I woke up to it annoyingly of who must be irritating me this early in the morning and did not even let me have my beauty sleep.
I opened my phone to kill that person, I saw messages from my friends on insta saying that "omg Renisa did you open your insta??" Followed by "congrats Renisa".
I was confused to by what are they congratulating me and asked them "why are you congratulating me??" As obvious my friends replied "ARE YOU DUMB OR WHAT HOW COULD YOU NOT NOTICE!! I bet you must be sleeping".
I decided to ignore that comment but then she said me to check my insta profile.
And when I checked I was shocked to the core that I even forgot how to react.
when I gained back my consciousness I literally screamed with excitement "OMG!! I JUST GAINED 10K FOLLOWERS THAT IS JUST CRAZY!!" How is this possible I mean I just started influencing as a hobby did not knew it would go this successful but I was glad.
I Got up from my bed and ran up to Humeyra's room to find her packing her backpack.
I was confused to see her packing her bag that I asked her "why are you packing your bag?"
To which she rolled her eyes and replied "Don't tell me you forget,Today is our first day in our new college." "you forgot didn't you?"
"Umm yes,sorry but whatever leave that ,do you know what just happened?!" "Nope I don't know." is what Humeyra replied to my stupid way of asking the question.
"I know you don't know but listen I have a good news to tell you."
"Okay tell your "good news" fast cause I have to finish packing my bag and also have to get ready for college as I don't want to be late on my first day."
"Okay miss punctual." I murmured slowly so that only I can hear "so the good news is that I gained 10k followers!!" I practically screamed this at her with excitement.
"Okay so you gained 10k followers so what- wait what YOU GAINED 10K FOLLOWERS THAT IS CRAZY!!"
"I know right even I was at shock but isn't it exciting?? I am soo happy right now."I said with excitement dripping from my voice.
Then we both did our happy and weird dance for this good news till we were tired of dancing.
After a while I decided to head back to my room as I have to get ready for college. god I hate going to college especially first days it's the day where you will have to introduce yourself infront of a lot of people that is soo embarrassing but I have to deal with it.
