~ Some form rules before you proceed to fill the form. ~
1.🪶Fill the form in single comment. If you mess up please delete the previous one and fill again.
2.🪶There are separate chapters for each genre for each form. Please fill the form in which genres you want to participate accurately. Do not mix up the forms.
3.🪶For the username, which is asked in the form, please don't use any spaces in them as your username doesn't have any spaces. Use @ while mentioning your username.
4.🪶Tags for each form will be checked. If any fake accounts are tagged the form will not be accepted.
5.🪶The form has a certain pattern. Please follow the pattern and fill exactly. It should not be like (eg: Book name above username, Tags above, username and book name below). Please follow the pattern all along.
