Y/n Sawamura

Getting ready for this date, or whatever it is, was one of the more exciting things I had done while in Japan so far. I was on facetime with Himura doing my makeup and hair as she hyped me up over everything.

After I was done and had hung up with her, I grabbed my wallet and phone and looked in the mirror once more before leaving my room and beginning to leave the house. I saw my cousin and his silver haired best friend in the kitchen as I walked by and decided to try and sneak by.

"Where are you going so dressed up?" Suga asked me as my cousin whipped his head around to see what he was talking about.

"I'm going to watch a volleyball game, don't worry i'll be back by dinner!" I said before i made a run for it and darted out of the house before they could question me further.

As I arrived at the Aoba Johsai gym, the first thing I noticed was the excessive amount of girls in the stands exclusively cheering for Oikawa. I was few minutes late so I quickly made my way into the stands and sat down to watch the game.

Oikawa was up to serve and I saw the look of dedication and focus on his face as he threw the ball up and aced the serve.

As I watched him, I noticed how he really did hold his team together. From where I sat I saw him as the one in control of everything the team did. But his team wasn't able to carry their weight. No matter how hard Oikawa tried, Aoba Johsai wasn't able to catch up to the other team.

I watched as the other team took the first set 21-25 and then the second set 22-25. I saw the look of disappointment on Oikawas face as the whistle was blown three times to indicate the end of the game. Nonetheless, I was invited to the game by Oikawa himself so I made my way down out of the stands towards him.

"Hey Oikawa, you played great!" I said.

He turned around with a stoic expression on his face before turning back around and walking away, I followed close behind.

"You know, you make those serves look super easy! You're really talented." I tried again to get him to talk to me.

"Shut the fuck up Y/n take a hint!" He suddenly snapped at me.

What?

He fucking invited me to this game, what the hell did he mean 'take a hint'. I watched as he stormed away upset.

"I'm so sorry Y/n! I don't know why he just did that, I'll make sure I yell at him." A familiar voice said to me.

"Thanks Iwaizumi." I said giggling as an alternate to crying.

I made my way home with tears in my eyes. Oikawa was a guy I was really getting to like and trust a lot. I can't believe he just snapped at me like that.

It was sunset at this point, the crisp autumn breeze made me shiver and reminded me of hurt in my heart.

I opened the door to the house and beelined for my room not bothering to respond to my cousin or Suga as they greeted me before I slammed my bedroom door and fell to the ground sobbing.

My back rested against the door and I just stayed there crying. If I had tried to get over to my bed I think I would've threw up from how hard I was crying.

I heard a faint knock at my door and I didn't bother to stop crying or open it, I wasn't in the mood to see or talk to anyone anyways.

"Y/n?" Suga's soft voice spoke to me from right outside the door, "Can I come in?".
