" I got here as quickly as I could Alex how is..." says Dr Hendricks as he looks At K's Surprised yet worried expression "ok, ok this is good K? How are you feeling, dizzy? Irritation? Any pain at all?" as Dr Hendricks
"No no I'm good but uh.. Where am I and Who are you?" ask K
"Well as you know I'm doctor Connor Hendricks Courtneys father and over here is my assistant/intern Alex Amber '' says Doc as Alex waves "and this is Hendricks Industries.. Or at least what's left of it, the explosion did immeasurable damage to some parts of the building but most of it is virtually untouched dispute a few scorch marks" says doc, "the important thing is that your Ok, you've taken a lot of damage from the accident and most people in your situation would've
Been killed but it seems you're different somehow" says Alex while looking at His vitals, "ok then... wait... What about Courtney? Is she ok!?" ask K worriedly, "My daughters fine, it seems she shielded herself somehow from the explosion, she found you and rushed you over to the hospital, but due to their tech not being able to accurately display your condition I've convinced your mother to allow me help you" explains doc
"Ok i get that but what do you mean by accurately displaying my condition?" ask K "well at the hospital that recorded that your heart kept stopping but it was actually that your heart was beating too fast for their monitors to register, so we brought you here to look over your recovery" says Doc, "Actually i would like to run some test if you don't mind
Just to make sure there isn't any residual damage" says Alex
"Uh yeah, yeah sure go ahead" says K "good while that's happening I'll get you a fresh pair of clothes" says doc as he walks off
"Hey uh Alex right?" ask K "yeah.." responds Alex "have we met before? I feel like I've seen you somewhere" says K curiously
"Oh no I'm sure we haven't you've most likely met my Sister Rebecca, i would've went to college but got an internship here instead" says Alex with a smile on her face, "huh, is that so, well it's nice to me you Alex" says K holding out his hand "likewise K" says Alex shaking K's hand "ok that should do it for test, the full body scan suggest that your body is clean no damage to any nerves or tissue" says Alex as doc returns "here K, the bathrooms are down the corridor to the left, when your done comeback so we can see you off" says doc as he hands K the clothes and directs him towards the bathroom.
*else were at the city bank* "Hello sir! How can I help you today?" ask the worker as the stranger hands her a paper reading *What do you fear most?* "Is this some sort of joke?" ask the worker",
"I don't know... you tell me" says the stranger as his hands start glowing.
*elsewhere at Osborn cafe* "ok ok is she here? She normally comes here to clear her mind.." says K as he sees Courtney at a table with some friends, K walks over to the table and is spotted by one of Courtney's friends
"Damn, dead man walking!" says One of Courtneys friends as she turns around, as Courtney turns around she sees K and is still for a moment before rushing over and embracing Him "Hey Courtney!, long time no see"
Says K smirking "how.. How are you even up right now the doctors said your heart kept stopping.. I thought i.." says Courtney stammering
"I'm Fine Courtney really i am, Actually can we talk in private? Ask K
"Uh yeah sure, sorry guys I'll be right back, Ok?" says Courtney
"Don't worry about us we'll catch up with you later" says one of Courtney's friends as they all leave the cafe "so.. How's everything been?" ask K
