They have now entered the building as they trailed up the stairs, making footstep sounds in silence, making the atmosphere even more awkward but hopefully not for long.
Nobara grunts angrily. "What a pain..." She mutters to herself.
Jeanne glanced at Nobara. She knew how Nobara was very pissed of the situation she is in right now but asked her anyway. "Are you alright?" She asked casually.
An irk mark appeared on Nobara's forehead as she clutched her fists. "No. I came all the way to Tokyo and now I gotta deal with curses? Just think about it!"
"What do you mean? Aren't you here to exorcise though?" Yuji asked confused as he side-glance with a sweat drop. He wonders why expeling more curses pisses her off that much as they all continued to walk up the stairs. That's their job anyway.
As they got up to the stairs, well, Nobara being the first, she turned around to them. "Let's just make this quick and spit up alright? I'll start at the top floor and Jeanne would help me out at the last floor. Lastly, you will start from the bottom." Nobara explains as she pointed at Yuji.
"She's quite great at doing her job, it would be just better if she stops fuming around." said Jeanne internally. Jeanne just nodded. She wants this to finish up faster.
"Just take this more seriously." Yuji suggested. "Let's just finish this up and head over for some sushi later on. Don't you know? Curses are dangerous!" Yuji explains making gestures as Jeanne looked at him deadpanned with her arms crossed. She already knows whats going to happen later on.
This lovely advice from Yuji made Nobara even more annoyed as the irk mark came back again. She then run down the stairs and kicked Yuji on his side, making him fall down from the stairs and yelled, "WHY DOES A NEWBIE LIKE YOU TELLING ME THINGS OFF?! GET MOVING!" Jeanne looked down at the stairs as she walked down the stairs to Yuji.
"Break it up." Jeanne told them jokingly. Nobara narrowed her eyes at Jeanne but didn't say anything as she turned around, making her way to the top floor.
"I CAN'T READ YOU AT ALL! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!" Yuji yelled as he rubbed his neck childishly.
"And that's the reason why you aren't popular." Nobara replied, her voice echoing down the walls. Probably because she's almost at the top already.
Jeanne snickers at the remark, making Yuji a bit angry at Nobara, "WHAT?! HOW'D YOU KNOW THAT?! I bet you're not even popular, bitch."
"Never knew he would curse but whatever." Jeanne thought as she now stood in front of Yuji.
