[The three are walking up a staircase in the Grand Staircase tower. A railing pulls in, Hermione looks, but continues walking.]

Ron: I'm telling you, it's spooky. She knows more about you than you do.

Anna: Who doesn't?

The past look at the girl on the screen in pity.

[The staircase shudders and begins to move. The three grab the railings.]

Ron: Ahh!

[Hermione gasps]

Anna: What's happening?

Hermione: The staircases change, remember? [The staircase stops, leading to a corridor.]

The Marauders look irritated, the amount of times they had got detention because the staircases had blocked their exit.

Anna: [taps Ron] Let's go this way.

Ron: Before the staircase moves again.

[They all open a door and walk into a spooky, dark, and deserted corridor.]

Anna: Does anyone feel like we shouldn't be here?

Hermione: We're not supposed to be here. This is the 3rd floor. It's forbidden.

"'Mione, you breaking rules always made me so proud," Annabel, Theo and Blaise all pretended to wipe away tears.

"You all act like proud parents." Hermione saying this made them jump apart in horror.

"NO!"

"Not the proud parents."

"Oh Merlin no."

[Suddenly, a flame lights on a tall stone support. At that moment, Filch's cat, Mrs. Norris, comes running in and meows. The group jumps.]

Anna: Let's go.

[Mrs. Norris meows]

Hermione: It's Filch's cat!

The Marauders, Marlene and many of the seventh years started a chant going, 

"KICK HER! KICK HER! KICK HER!"

while Filch who was lurking at the back of the Great Hall looked as if he was going to explode with anger.

Anna: Run!

[The trio run through the corridor, flames are lit up on the stone supports, one by one, as they run past. They get to the end of the corridor, to a door.]

Anna: Quick! Let's hide through that door!

[Anna grabs the handle, but it's locked.]

Anna: It's locked!

Ron: That's it! We're done for!

Hermione: Oh, move over! [pushes through and pulls out her wand, aiming it at the lock] Alohomora. [The door's lock lifts up magically and it opens.] Get in. [They bustle in.]

Ron: Alohomora?

Hermione: Standard Book of Spells, Chapter 7.

Marlene looked at her best friend and told her, "Merlin, Lily, she just might be smarter than you."

Lily and Hermione just looked at each other with an understanding look.

[Filch arrives at the start of the corridor with a light. Mrs. Norris looks at him.]
