Your POV

After I finished making food, I tried to make a kind that he's femilier with.

I was making dinner, when he came and asked me

"Why are you being so kind to me.."

"Eh? What do you mean? I'm just doing what I want to do. I just want to help you! Plus, I'm not like this infront of people."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I don't look like it, but I'm really an introverted person, I'm just like this because I'm comfortable with you! I mean, I'm really awkward with people, you know?"

"I-i see... but I still don't trust you." *slight red cheeks*

I stopped working, turned to wash my hands and rubed them against my towel-like apron, then, I grabbed his shoulder gently.

Since he was looking at the ground while sitting at the chair. I leaned down, and looked at his eyes, after he looked at me. I said gently while softening my eyes, smiling.

"It's ok, to not trust me, yet. But don't worry, I'm not going to abundan you, on the contrary, I'll help you as much as I can and I will never leave you. Don't worry, I'll do my best to give you what you truly deserve. I know your past, and I'm sorry I do. I shouldn't know someone's private information, but I didn't know you were real until today."

"Scaramouche, I will do my best, and I'll stay with you. And never abundan you, you shouldn't have been through all this. I understand, how hard your life must be. Scaramouche, I'll stay with you as much as i can! That's a promise, that I'll fill full to my best of my abilities!"

Scaramouche POV

I went to the kitchen, where she was making dinner. She told me her name before, it's (y/n). It's a beautiful name. But whatever. I sat on a chair then asked her

"Why are you being so kind to me.."

It's suspicious, she's just going to help me? Without anything in return? Don't make me laugh. Humans are selfish creatures, they will ask to return their help with something whenever they can.

"Eh? What do you mean? I'm just doing what I want to do. I just want to help you! Plus, I'm not like this infront of people."

'Doing what I want'? That's bull$h!t. Is she really doing it because she wants to? I mean, before, she was really upset at the thought of me appearing in another house.

She said, then she straightened her position and went to continue the food.

Her smile... I'm going to protect it. No matter what. I'll make sure she stays happ- WAIT! WHAT THE H€(( AM I EVEN THINKING!! PROTECT HER?! TRUST HER?!

MAKE SURE SHE IS HAPPY?! WHAT HAPPENED TO ME??!!!

Hmm, I don't care about her anyways!

Agh, damn this beating heart, I'm starting to wonder if she can hear it as well...

She put infront of me a plate of (food name. Because I don't know) and some Fragrant Satisfying Salad (? I'm not sure, but I guess that's his favourite food)

I eat a bite and- this is delicious! I ofc didn't show it and told her,

"It's good."

"Ah. That's good! Alright!" And she started to dig in.

After dinner, she escorted me to the guest room and told me that her room is directly besides mine.

She gave me her brother's clothes. I took a bath (does he shower? I mean, he's a puppet right? So i don't know if he gets dirty) then I changed my clothes.

I don't need sleep, but I guess it's ok to close my eyes a little bit.

Then I slept, unusually comfortably.
