Your POV

It's been a week since he came. I enjoyed his company alot, we would always hang out with eachother. I also noticed that he warmed up to me, he stopped being like an angry teenager with an attitude, and became a little gentle. Well... at least with me.

When we would go out, he would treat others like he normally does. At least I know he trusts me.

I tought him how to use a phone and he searched about his world on Google and was proud of it. Cute.

Today, we're going to stay at home. I told him that I'll show him how the game works.

Normal POV

"So, do you control everything about us?"

"No, there are options. I choose what you do depending on who you are. As an example, if I was playing with you, I can't go and act friendly with others, I would choose from what you would do."

" *nod* "

Y/n started preparing the set-up. She was sitting on the couch with him sitting beside her.

The starting theme showed up.

"What is that?"

"It's loading, this is how it starts."

After it showed the visions, a bright light enveloped the room.

"Again?!"

"Be careful!"

Scaramouche extended his arms that acted as a shield to not let anything harm her, remembering their first encounter, and not knowing the identity of the new unwanted guest.

A figure was thrown out of the TV, and it was turned off.

This time, Y/n was able to see who it was.

'Is that.... Xiao? I didn't even get him yet.'

He was nocked out, it being an effect of the transportation.

"What is Liyue's guard doing here?"

"It's Xiao!"

"What are you going to do to him?"

"I'll keep him, obviously."

'Keep him? But that means the he's going to stay with her..... with US' thought Scaramouche

".... you can throw him like you throw garbage as well. He isn't a human, he won't die."

"Ehh?! How did you know?!"

"Google."

"O- Oh- right.."

"You don't have to worry about him, as I said, he doesn't need-"

"But you're too not a human! And you're here living with me. It won't be fair to not take him in too."

"Who cares?"

"I do! I care about you and your world!"

'But I don't want you to care about someone that isn't me'

".... what ever, do what you want."

"I was going to do what I want either ways!"

'Seriously?!' "...."

"Anyways... I can't carry him, can you help me?"

"Yeah!" *disturbing smile*

Then, Scaramouche held Xiao's ankle and started dragging him to the living room. Totally not him just wanting to clean the floor with him and especially the stairs.... totally not!

"W-wait! The stairs!"

"It's okay, he's not going to die."

"B-but..... *sigh*"

After putting Xiao on the couch, Scaramouche was glaring at him, crossing his arms.

While Y/n was tucking him gently while putting a blanket on him.

"You shouldn't care for him that much... he might leash out on you when he wakes up if you don't pay attention."

"Don't worry! You're here with me, aren't you? I trust you!"

And after hearing that last line, he turned a tomato, widening his eyes. But quickly ignoring his racing heart and putting a proud face with his smirk showing up.

"Yeah, you're right."
