I was walking home from work at the Agency, the sun had just set making the sky pitch black, it was a full moon night, not many people were out. It makes sense given the time. After countless minutes of walking in silence I heard strange sounds coming from an ally way that I would usually ignore on my way. I couldn't ignore the sound and walked in to see what all the noise was about.

Picking up my pace I turn a corner.

"...Is that a kid?" 

I mumble to myself, my eyes widening in disbelief. The kid had his back turned so I couldn't make out any of his features, it was also too dark to see much of anything.
