       "Last time on Total Drama Island. Our teams ran an obstacle course to free teammates trapped in booths that were slowly filling with water. The Frogs wanted to finish strong. So they chose Nichelle to go last. Big mistake. Turns out Nichelle's only an action hero on TV! In real life, not so great. Shoulda picked Sapphira! Scary Girl was scary good and team Trout won the challenge. And that was a wrap on Nichelle! Wanna know who's going home today? Patience! You'll know in 20 minutes right here on..."

          Sapphira yawned as she stretched and hopped down from her bunk. She did a few yoga exercises her instructors had taught her around middle school to be able to clear her head and lower any sort of levels of anxiety that might build up. This continued for about fifteen minutes until Julia walked in right as she was in the middle of a shoulder stand. Her appearance startled Sapphira so much that she ended up losing her balance and folding in half backwards. Julia hurried to untuck her friend and she breathed a sigh of relief in thanks, popping her shoulders as she stood back up.

           "Has that ever happened before?" Julia asked, leaning against one of the bed frames. Sapphira held up two fingers. "Oh...well it was pretty cool what you were doing before you...uh...fell. That was yoga right?" The blue eyed girl nodded with a smile and grabbed her clothes from her bag. She changed, brushed her hair, and did her makeup as Julia rambled on about the importance of deep breathing and how this one time her pilates instructor had gotten arrested for drunk driving. Grabbing her notebook from her bag, she gestured towards the dining hall.

         "Oh, right! That's what I came in here for. So, Chef made us...food? But it's full of maggots." Sapphira wrinkled her nose in disgust. "Exactly. Then, I remembered I snuck in some snacks if you want to bring them back and share." Julia dug around her bag and pulled out a bag of veggie straw chips and a couple of Lara bars. The two walked to the dining hall and sat at a table where Chef wouldn't be able to see and started to eat. Mostly Julia talked while Sapphira listened, writing down responses or short questions in her notebook from time to time. 

         Meanwhile over with Priya and Millie, the two were discussing who they could ally themselves with to vote with them rather than against them for future eliminations. Millie pointed out that they didn't have many options. Damien? Only votes himself off. Chase and/or Ripper? Already allied with each other. Zee? Nice guy but a complete wild card. 

           "What about Mason? He seems cool enough," Millie suggested, pointing her spoon towards the redhead. Priya turned around.

           "Hey, Mason! Any chance you'd want to form an alliance with me and Millie?" she asked. Mason raised an eyebrow.

           "Uhhh, I dunno..." he said, trailing off a little. 

           "We just need someone else! You know. Help us in challenges and vote for the same team member we choose if we end up losing a challenge."
