"Please state your name and relationship to the defendant," Camille said.

"My name is Jack Robert Depp," I replied. "And Johnny Depp is my father."

"Please state why you have decided to testify today, Mr. Depp."

"I have decided to testify because I want to clear my fathers name...Our family name...The Depp name...I want this to end. And I want to tell the world who my father, who Johnny Depp really is. I want to tell the jury what I've witnessed with my own two eyes occur between my father and Mrs. Heard," I confessed. My eyes were on Camille but I seen the smile on my fathers face too.

"Thank you, Mr. Depp," Camille smiled softly at me. "I just want to start at the beginning. Can you tell the jury one of your first memories you have of your father?"

"Sunday's are for family," mum told me. "No matter where your father is - we will be together somehow."

"But how?" I insisted. "He said his flight is delayed." Lily was already having a fit in the background.

Mum knelt down and held my hands inside hers and looked straight into my eyes as she said, "Jack, your father will make it work. Somehow. He promised he would. He never breaks his promise." And she was right. I couldn't recall a time my father had broken a promise in the five years I'd been alive. I was five and Lily was seven.

I gave her a pout and then wondered off into the living room where Lily was having a downright fit. "Shut up, I want to watch this part!" I hissed at her.

Her mouth made an oval shape, "Mum! Jack told me to shut up!"

"Jack!" Mum shouted from the kitchen. "Don't tell your sister to shut up!"

I growled, but only to myself and Lily. Lily grinned wide and stuck her tongue out at me. "Move over," she said pushing me aside. The couch was big enough for 8 people but she wanted my spot - just to annoy me.

"Hey!" I shouted at her. "Mum! Lily is being mean! She's pushing me! Look at her!"

"No, I'm not!"

"Lily!" Mum shouted again from the kitchen. "Find someplace else to sit!"

And then Sparrow began screaming from his bedroom. "Oh my goodness, at this rate, I'll never get dinner served," she said storming off to fetch Sparrow from his crib. He was two at the time.

"See, look, you've gone and upset my Mum," Lily told me.

"Me? You did it!"

And just as I said that, the front door knob twisted and the door opened. Dad walked in and placed his suitcase down by the door. Lily and I's eyes were wide and our mouth was agape. Dad was smiling from ear to ear with his arms stretched out. "Are you two going to just sit there or give your old man a hug?"

And then Lily and I began racing towards the front door where dad was standing. Of course, I bet her. And of course, she was mad about it. She huffed and puffed. And she stomped her foot. Dad lowered to our level, and I wrapped my arms around his neck. I peaked his cheek. And he ran his fingers through my already messy hair. I let out a laugh.

"Come on, Rosie girl," he told Lily. "You can't let Jackie boy get all my love."

"I want you to myself!" She crossed her arms.

"Lily-Rose," Mum emerged from the back of the house carrying Sparrow. "You have done nothing but cry for your father. Give him a hug right this minute!"

Lily sighed loudly. I smirked at her. She glared at me. And then she wrapped her arms around Dad and kissed his cheek. The two of us walked off towards the living room together. But I could still see and hear Mum and Dad. Dad took Sparrow from Mum's arms. Sparrow wanted Dad anyways, his arms were reaching for Dad the minute he saw him. Dad hugged him tight and kissed his plump cheek. Sparrow let out a cute giggle.

Then Dad locked eyes with Mum. She blushed slightly. And he walked over and his hand met the back of her neck and he kissed her lips hard. "Oh, I've missed you." He said into their kiss.

She smiled, "I've missed you terribly, my love."

Dad kissed her again. And then he told her how beautiful she was.

"In my apron?" She chuckled.

"In your apron," he replied. "In a trash bag, even."

"Oh stop it," she said walking towards the kitchen sink.

"Your mother's a beauty, isn't she guys?" Dad shouted over his shoulder. Lily and I agreed. Mum smiled wide at all of us. "It smells fantastic in here!" He exclaimed with excitement. He had come back from filming the movie, Blow. I remember because his hair was dyed a lighter shade than it's original color.

"Sunday dinner, Daddy!" Lily exclaimed happily as she jumped up onto the couch. Dad grinned at us. And he walked over and pushed himself against mom. Sparrow was still in one hand and his other gripped her hip.

"I've got some news," he grinned down at her.

Mum finished up dinner as Dad sat with us in the living room. Lily was always obsessed to hear about his travels to America. I only ever cared about the souvenirs he brought us back. There was nothing better than a pack of skittles from America. Mum set the table and we all sat down for our Sunday dinner together.

Mum sent Lily and I to get ready for bed and I made my way down the hallway after my shower to let Dad know Lily and I were ready for a bedtime story when I heard Mum and Dad talking.

Dad was resting against the counter and Mum was standing a few feet away from him. "Yeah, they want me to play a pirate. I think it'll be pretty cool. You know, the kids...they could watch the movie and see me on the screen as a pirate. You know how much Jackie boy loves pirates."

"I'm so happy for you," Mum told him. He reached forward and grabbed her hips pulling her into him. She rested her arms over his shoulders. And then he kissed her. I closed my eyes and put one hand over my already closed eyelids. I began walking toward with my other hand out, as to not bump into anything. Lily came and hip bumped me into the wall anyways. She giggled as I opened my eyes and scowled at her.

"Looks like we've got ourselves two ease-droppers," Dad said to Mum.

"Jack was here first!" Lily immediately ratted. Dad came racing forward and grabbed Lily, she let out a laugh. He then grabbed me and both of us were tossed over his shoulder. The two of us laughing loudly. Mum stood in the background with a warm smile on her face. Dad tossed us onto his and Mum's bed and we crawled up the bed and rested against the headboard.

"I've got a special story for you guys tonight but I need some help," he began. We eagerly waited in anticipation. Dad was the best storyteller. "It's about a pirate. He's a little crazy...kind of- always getting into things he should be in...what should we name him?"

"Jack!" Lily blurted out.

"Hey!" I shouted at her. "I'm not crazy!"

Dad chuckled, "No, of course not. But I think Rosie girl may be onto something...yes, let's call him...Captain Jack....Captain Jack Sparrow."
