Jodie and Cam after at least an hour in the playroom finally came out and went back downstairs where her father greeted her.
Max- "Let's go talk in my office okay" Jodie nodded and left Cam to go and speak with her dad.

She sat down opposite him at his desk.
Max- "Look I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner, I was still trying to process it myself"
Jodie- "Process it? Are you kidding me? You were the one that split up with her, I now have to live with the fact that the last time I spoke to her was about me getting a job here at the ED and she was pissed because she knew you work here and chose not to tell me as she wanted to keep me safe? So you processing it is bullshit Max"
Max- "We tried everything we could Jodie, but her injuries were just too severe I don't know what more you want me to say?"
Jodie- "Nothing I don't want you saying anything, I can't believe you right now honestly I can't believe you'd stoop this low"
Jodie ended up leaving the room and headed back to the staff room, Donna didn't want her treating any patients after the news she had just received she fought and fought to stay at work but in the end she just gave up. She was greeted with Ryan in the staff room with a smug look on his face.
Jodie- "What's with the smirk on your face? Up to trouble again?"
Ryan- "Shut up! At least I'm not making out with colleagues on my first day!"
The colour from Jodie's faced drained she felt physically sick.
Jodie- "Oh, so you saw that?"
Ryan showed her the picture?
Jodie- "ARE YOU KIDDING ME RYAN, DELETE THAT NOW?"
Ryan- "Ha! Nope!"
Jodie- "You're an asshole, I'm in a vulnerable state and you feel as though to make yourself feel better about yourself you'll take pictures of other people kissing? Think that's a bit weird if you ask me Ryan?"
He turned bright red and rolled his eyes.
Jodie- "If it's not deleted by my next shift tomorrow then I'm saying something to Donna"

Jodie bumps into Cam on her way out.
Cam- "You're going then?"
Jodie- "Yeah, I tried to fight with Donna to let me stay but I just gave up!"
Cam- "You gonna be alright on your own? I've just finished my shift, you're more than welcome to come back to mine?"
Jodie- "I-I dunno Cam, Ryan's already been an asshole about seeing us kiss"
Cam- "He saw that?"
Jodie- "He took a picture of us doing so, which I said if it's not deleted by the time I come in for my shift tomorrow then I'm going to Donna!"
Cam- "He's so far up himself honestly"
Jodie nodded and gave him a kiss on the cheek on her way out.

Jodie thought about not going home and just going out again like she did last night, but she thought against it as she didn't want to burn herself out for her shift tomorrow.
