Kalos League Finals

The last battle between Ash's greninja and Alain's charizard. Both only has one pokemon left and this battle will decide it all. Greninja and charizard are still battling hard as they are getting weaker. Both of them know that the battle must end. Now!

Ash: water shuriken!

Greninja creates a massive shuriken and throws it towards Charizard.

Alain : (panic) Charizard, blast burn!

Charizard makes a blast burn on the ground and it went towards greninja. The two moves crashed and the battle field exploded with smoke around it.

Once the smoke was clear, greninja standing still on Ash's side and the crowd saw an unconscious charizard on Alain's side.

Official : Alain's charizard is unable to battle, which means greninja is the winner!

The crowd cheer loudly for this epic battle. Kalos has a new winner and Ash will soon face Diantha for the champion of Kalos.

(Greninja pov)

We won! We beated Alain's charizard! I change back to my original form and Ash came running hugging me tightly.

Ash : (hugs greninja ) We won, greninja! We can face Diantha now!

Me(greninja) : (hugs back) I know! We won't end the battle like last time.

Ash: Definitely.

Me and Ash give each other a fist and all of my teammates come out and we celebrate our victory together. Diantha and Professor Sycamore came to us and hand the trophy to Ash.

Diantha : Congratulations Ash. You will be facing me sooner or later.

Sycamore : (claps hand) Congrats! What a wonderful battle.

Ash: Thanks so much, professor and Diantha. I'll be waiting.

Alain: Congratulations Ash.

Ash: Thanks Alain.

Ash and Alain shake hand with each other. Suddenly, I felt a claw patting my shoulder. I turn around to see charizard standing behind me.

Charizard : Congrats, you beat me. You're definitely stronger now.

Me(greninja) : Thanks, you're not too bad yourself.

I gave charizard a nod of respect and he did the same to me. Then I heard my trainer calling me.

Ash: Hey greninja.

Me(greninja) : Yeah?

Ash: (blushes) Remember our promise?

Ash blushes a bit while asking me. I blank out for a while, I blushed realising what Ash meant.

(Flashbacks)

(Ash pov)

It was one month before the Kalos League. After a battle with Wulfric and as a result of getting my eight badge, me and greninja also perfected the ash-greninja form.

All of us are now heading to Lumiose City and we decided to take a break before heading out again. I took out all my pokemons, so did Serena and Clemont. Clemont went to cook dinner with some help from Bonnie and Serena was practicing for her upcoming performance. I on the other hand, was training with my pokemons.

I put Noivern vs Pikachu, Greninja vs Talonflame and Goodra vs Hawlucha in a battle. The results are quite obvious though, pikachu won since noivern had lesser experience. Greninja won since water types are effective on fire types and although goodra and hawlucha tied, they had a good experience.

Just as we're about to train some more, Clemont and Serena were finish cooking. Serena called us to eat and we all sat on the table Clemont set up. All the pokemons were eating beside us. I turned to the pokemons that are eating happily and I realised something unusual.

I realised that sylveon and pikachu were sitting very close to each other and braixen was very close to greninja as well. Bonnie saw me watching them and smirked.

Bonnie: Hey Ash.

Me(Ash) : Something wrong, Bonnie?

Bonnie: (smirking) Don't you think that your pokemons are quite close with Serena's pokemons?

Me(Ash) : Uh... Well yeah.

Clemont: Now that you mention it, pikachu and sylveon are quite close. Greninja and braixen aswell, despite the disadvantage.

Serena : (giggling) Maybe... They like each other?

Bonnie : (shouts in excitement ) You realised too!

Me(Ash) &Clemont: Like!?

Serena : Yeah! I'm not sure how braixen feels, but I can tell sylveon likes pikachu.

Bonnie : OMG!! Eeeeeeeeek!!

Clemont : True, but I think braixen like greninja aswell. It's just that she hides it quite well.

Bonnie: Ash! Do you think pikachu and greninja likes them?

Me(Ash) : (thinking) I'm not sure. Never ask them before.

Bonnie : (face palm) Why did I even ask you. You're so dense.

After what Bonnie said, I kept thinking about it. I don't seem to realise them being so close. Now that Bonnie mentioned it, it is kinda weird. Maybe I'll ask pikachu or greninja afterwards.

After we ate, Bonnie wanted to see Serena's performance. I don't have training and Clemont finished his invention, so we went to see the performance with her. When we got there, Serena was just starting her performance.

Serena : Sylveon, use fairy wind. Pancham, arm thrust.

Sylveon uses her ribbons to create fairy wind and pancham punch the move by using arm thrust. The two moves collided and created many sparkles surrounding them.

Serena : Braixen, flamethrower!

Braixen then use her stick to create flamethrower making it spin around. Serena throws sylveon up in the air making a few spins while pancham doing his aerobics.

Serena : Sylveon, swift let's go!

Sylveon use swift hitting the center of the flamethrower and it created a massive pink flower with golden sparkles above them as they dance.

Serena : Finish!

All of us clapped and cheered for her. Bonnie went to Serena complementing her while the her pokemons went to the others. Wow, Serena performs perfectly. She can definitely win Aria in the master class. I realised that sylveon and braixen immediately went to pikachu and greninja. Maybe they are just close friends ? Yeah, close friends.

It was night time after their performance, all of us went to sleep. I was thinking so much about their relationship that I can't sleep. I roll around many times trying to get some sleep and realised it won't work. I decided to went out to calm down my mind.

I went out of the tent and went to the nearby lake. It was dark and cold since it's midnight, so I decided to stay a while before going back when I saw greninja training his moves beside a big rock.

Me(Ash) : Hey greninja!

Greninja was shocked to see me in the night. He stopped and walk over to sit with me.

Greninja : Why are you up, Ash? Can't sleep?

Me(Ash) : Yeah, just had something on my mind.

Greninja : Can I know what that is?

Me(Ash) : (embarrassed) Well... It's about you and pikachu.

Greninja : Me and pikachu?

Me(Ash) : Yeah, let's start with pikachu first. So, does pikachu like anyone?

Greninja : (shocked) Why would you ask that? I thought you're too dense to realise that.

Me(Ash) : So he has a crush!?

Greninja : Wow, you are dense. Pikachu doesn't has a crush, he has a girlfriend.

Me(Ash) : (shocked) My partner has a girlfriend and I don't know this! (curious) Wait, who's his gf?

Greninja: (face palm) Isn't it obvious, sylveon of course, who else would it be?

Me(Ash) : All of you know!?

Greninja : Well only the pokemons. Bonnie probably knows, but the others don't know.

Me(Ash) : Wow, I need time to get it in my head.

Greninja : Definitely. So you been awake just for this?

Me(Ash) : Now that pikachu is settled, what about you?

Greninja : (slightly blushed) I don't have one...

Me(Ash) : (smirking) Really?

Greninja : (blushed more) Maybe a bit.

Me(Ash) : I thought so. Braixen I suppose?

Greninja : (shocked) How did you!?

Me(Ash) : Believe it or not, four of us were talking about this and guessing who you guys like while having dinner.

Greninja: (sighed) I guess you got me.

Me(Ash) : Have plans on confessing her?

Greninja : Not really... I'm not sure if she feels the same.

Me(Ash) : From what we talked, we think braixen likes you.

Greninja : (smiles) Hopefully. What about you?

Me(Ash) : (confused)Me?

Greninja : Yeah, you don't have feelings for Serena?

Me(Ash) : Uh... How can you tell if you like someone?

Greninja : (speechless) God you're dense as hell. Do you often think about her or find Serena attractive?

Me(Ash) : I guess so. I been thinking about her this few days and she is pretty. But I don't really know what feelings I have for her since I had a few female companions before here.

Greninja : Do you feel different around her than your other companions?

Me(Ash) : Well, my heart bumps more than usual and my face gets more hotter too.

Greninja : Yeah, you definitely like her.

Me(Ash) : (unsure) I do? Never knew.

Greninja : (laughed) You are dense so it not surprising at all.

Me(Ash) : Hey, since I realised that, how bout we make a promise?

Greninja : Which is?

Me(Ash) : If we win the Kalos League, you and I have to confess to them.

Greninja : (shocked) You're serious!?

Me(Ash) : (confused) You don't want them to know?

Greninja : (blush) Well, I... I'm not sure if she feels the same...

Me(Ash) : (giggles) I think she does, so we got a deal?

Greninja : You're on.

(Flashback ends)

(Greninja pov)

We all went to prism tower to celebrate our victory after the League. Clemont and Bonnie's dad, Meyer cooked us a bunch of delicious food and make special pokemon food for the pokemons with some help from Clembot. While we're eating, all the pokemons congratulate us.

Chespin/Luxray/Bunnelby: Congratulations!

Dedenne: U guys did great!

Braixen :Yeah! Congrats.

Sylveon : Congratulations! (kisses pikachu) Especially you.

Pancham: Sis, I'm here to eat. You and pikachu can kiss all you want later.

Sylveon : (laughed) Sorry I guess.

Hawlucha : When will I have a girlfriend?

Talonflame : (pats hawlucha's back)Stop posing so much. It will help.

Greninja : Agreed. Change your attitude too, girls would not like that.

Hawlucha : (growls) Speaking from someone who doesn't have one.

Goodra : (signs) Pikachu is the only one that has a girlfriend in the team.

Noivern : I'm too young.

Greninja : (pats noivern's head) You sure are.

Dedenne: (confused) Huh? I thought braixen likes gr...

Braixen : (shuts dedenne's mouth)Likes green and blue outfits. I really want one for the next performance. (speaking to herself) I'm not telling secrets to Dedenne anymore.

Pancham: (smirks) You sure sis?

Braixen : Of course, what else would it be. Right?

Chespin: (smirks) Maybe greninja perhaps.

Braixen : (blushes) Chespin! (points her stick towards chespin) Think twice before saying that!

Noivern : Finally someone said it out.

Talonflame : (screams) My ship! Finally.

Hawlucha : Never thought someone like greninja would have a girl.

Pikachu : (pats greninja's shoulder)Looks like I'm not the only one.

Greninja : (blushes) Let's just get back to eating. (looks at braixen ) Hey Braixen , can you meet me on top of prism tower after we're done eating?

Braixen : (smiles) Sure.

After all of us are done eating, Braixen and I went to the top of prism tower. The view was beautiful and the night was full of stars.

Braixen : Why did you want me here, greninja? Is something wrong?

Greninja : (blushes) No, I just want to ask you something.

Braixen : So?

Greninja : (stutters) You... Like me, right?

Braixen : (blushes) I... I... Who... told you?

Greninja : Half guess half been told.

Braixen stay silent while blushing so hard. I smiled and pull her closer to me. I guess Ash was right after all, hope he's doing well as I am.

Greninja : (hugging her) I like you too.

Braixen was still blushing hard but hugged me back tightly.

Braixen : (giggles) So we're a thing?

Greninja : (kisses her head) Yeah. By the way, does Serena like Ash?

Braixen : (rolls her eyes) Duh, it's so obvious.

Greninja : I'm glad. Do you want to tell them?

Braixen : (kisses him) Sure! Finally, sylveon won't brag so much now and pancham can stop teasing me.

Greninja : (kisses back) I can't to see their faces, let's go.

Me and braixen went back inside to the others and realised our trainers were surrounded.

Greninja : Uh guys?

They all turned around to see me holding braixen 's paw.

Talonflame : You two are...

Braixen : (smiles) A thing.

Pikachu : Of course. Congrats!

Noivern : (screaming) God damn it's finally happened.

Sylveon : Guess I can't brag much now.

Pancham: And I can't tease you now, sis. Though if I did, greninja will probably kill me in a second.

Greninja : Definitely.

The others: Congratulations!

Bonnie : (shouts loudly) Eeeeeeeeeeeek!

Serena : (giggles) Looks like we're not the only ones.

Greninja : You did it aswell?

Ash: Looks like you did too. (smiling at greninja) We kept our promise.

Greninja : (smiles back) And I'm glad.
