Julia's POV.

I walked through the gates.

Its been 3 days since I've saved Carl's sorry ass.
But.I felt something stir inside me when I thought about it.

I ran out into the woods.Killing walkers here and there.

I heard voices and stopped.

I hid behind something and peeked around it.

Carl and Enid were sitting on a log.

They were chatting.

I was about to leave when I heard a rustle.

I looked at the log and Carl and Enid weren't there.

"Weird,"I mutter under my breath.

I walk out into the clearing.

"Julia,watch-"

The warning from Enid was too late.

I saw what they were hiding from.A walker.

It bit into my neck and i tried to scream but no words came out.

I looked dead at Carl as another one came and ripped my flesh.Piece by piece bit by bit.I was torn apart.

Carl was in tears and Enid was holding him back from coming over to save me.

I smiled.I wanted Enid to keep Carl from saving me.

I mouthed,"I love you."

And everything went dark.

Carl's POV.

"I love you,"Julia mouthed.

I cried into Enid's shoulder.

"She's in a better place now,"Enid whispered to me,"We gotta go before they finish."

I nod and we run quietly through Te woods.

We reach the gate.

Everyone saw my tear stained face then looked back at my dad...and Jessie's husband.

They were both bloody.

I filed and stared at my dad.
Julia died and I couldn't save her.

It kept gong through my mind.
