I spent the entire night restless, replaying the walk in my mind. By morning, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had told the police. They accompanied me to retrace my steps. As we reached the location, we climbed the stairs together, and they opened the big door. We descended the stairs, but suddenly, they halted.

Confused, I asked, "What's going on? Why did you guys stop?" All but one of the officers went back upstairs to examine the area. That's when I saw Violet lying lifeless. Shocked, I stammered, "What? Why? Who... who did this?" in a shaky voice.

The remaining officer replied, "I guess this is the girl you were talking about." Trembling, I managed to say, "Ye-yes," as we walked back.

I went to the hospital to visit Emma, but she was asleep. On my way back to my bed, a loud scream pierced the air, resembling Emma's voice. Panicking, I sprinted towards the source, only to find the room empty. A trail of blood caught my eye, and I followed it, realizing she had lost too much blood to survive.

Suddenly, I was back where I started, facing the big doors. Covering my nose, I observed Violet's missing body. As I descended the stairs, I witnessed a man injecting something into her. She convulsed uncontrollably. He noticed me, and I glanced at Emma, horrified to see foam coming from her mouth. The big doors closed, and I hurriedly ran upstairs, finding refuge behind a dresser.
