"I dunno how to react to these beads or whatever." Koshawn tugged at these mysterious beads around his neck given to him by Ayoko, the daughter of Kaede. "Are these beads honestly good for keeping away bad spirits and possible possession?"

"They are." Ayoko told Koshawn, who she met when Koshawn returned to the village with Kagome. "I know that you told me that you were immune to such concepts. Like your brothers. However, I personally believe that during these trying times, you cannot be too careful."

"I guess you're right." Koshawn replied.

"Koshawn." Kagome called.

"What is it?" Koshawn asked Kagome.

"Thanks for saving me back there." Kagome told him, smiling at Koshawn.

"It was nothing." Koshawn replied, smiling at Kagome. "Now that I have the jewel of power-"

"Shikon No Tama-"

"But it's easier to call it the Jewel Of Power." Koshawn told Ayoko. "With this now in my possession, I suppose we don't need to find Kikyo anymore."

"I would still try to find Kikyo." Ayoko warned. "With my Aunt existing in this world once more, she can be a target to use her old and new found abilities for their own twisted intentions."

"Oh right." Koshawn face-palmed. "I forgot that the people of this era are power-hungry. And for the wrong reasons too."

"I can help out." Kagome told Koshawn and Ayoko. "I can sense Kikyo's energy. On top of that, I have a love for Japanese culture and folklore. On top of that, I love fighting. Yet I havent been given the right challenges lately. That Centipede woman got my attention, as did this place. So I want to help out and improve myself in the process. Who knows? Maybe this could lead to you and I becoming a wedded couple Koshawn." That last part Kagome intended to slip out. She knew that Koshawn was the one for her. And she wasn't going to waste time expressing her feelings. Nor allow any woman the privilege to sweep this young man off of his feet.

Koshawn rubbed the back of his head. "It's dangerous." Koshawn replied. "If you want to stay and help, you can. But you might need to reconsider your suggestion because you don't have any spare clothes. Or these... "Hygiene products" that you were telling about you have in your dimension."

Kagome giggled. "They're called Hygine products." She told Koshawn. "But I can learn how to make natural and well scented products while I'm here. Along with making my own clothes that fit my style of interest. So...With that being said...Can I help?"

"Sure." Koshawn replied. "If you want to put in the effort, you can. And if you need any help with the clothes making, my brother Elihu is good with that and I'm good with finding the right herbs and plants that will bring out your inner essence. So... Yeah. You can help us-"

"Oh Thank you!" Kagome embraced Koshawn tightly, not caring if she was dirty or not. "I promise you, you won't regret me helping you boys out!"

Koshawn blinked. And then, for the first time, he wrapped his arms around Kagome. "It's not a big deal as you are making it." He told Kagome. "But you're welcome."

"Woah... So we have another brother?"

"Sadly Koshawn."

"Why do you say it like that, Yoshua?"

"The guy has a serious ego problem. Hopefully it's been fixed since his ego cost him his arm." Around two days later, Inuyasha/Elihu/Yoshua told Koshawn and Kagome what occured with them challenging their other brother Sesshomaru. How he escaped with his hype man/Henchman Jaken from the other world where their father's tomb was located.
