August (Auggie) E. Steinhouse was born on October 13th 1987.

August was born in Texas, but when his mother took her own life after a horrible miscarriage and depression his grandfather John took him in, later on moving him to his farm back in Oregon in a small town called Jinkins.
August is intersex.
when he was younger his father would call him by his middle name, calling him his 'daughter'. His mother tried her best to get Roger to stop, but that always just caused another fight that john tried his best to stop.
August didn't really hate his father, he was a good man, just had poor choices and an interesting mind.
August had a good relationship with his older brother John, he used to be such a sweet boy until Roger started drinking after work every night, he became short tempered and rough.. but teen boys will be teen boys, right?
That was until the incident on December 22nd, 1994.
