After they got home, it was the middle of the night, and Felix was still having nightmares. He woke up in a cold sweat, and he was little. It was about 2 in the morning, but he didnt want to bother his brother. He grabbed his chicken plushies that he had named Mr. Pebbles. Felix was trying to imagine that he was his brother. Doing this helped him go back to sleep.
*Next Morning*
Chan woke up and went downstairs to make breakfast before leaving for school. Felix was still sleeping, but when Chan started cooking, the smell of the bacon woke him up. So he started getting ready for his day. He wore a white long-sleeved shirt with a yellow overall chick on it. After he got ready, he went downstairs.
Good morning, Channie. When Chan heard Felixs voice, it made him chuckle because he didnt realize how much he liked being called Channie. Morning Lixie. How did you sleep last night?
I had a nightmare last night, but I slept with Mr. Pebbles last night, and he made my nightmares go away.
Chan was confused because he knew it was just them in the house. Who is Mr. Pebbles? Felix started laughing because he knew what his brother was thinking. Mr. Pebbles is the chicken plushie that you got me yesterday. After he heard that, he felt better. Ok, well, lets eat breakfast so we arent late for school.
They ate breakfast, and then they left for school.
*At school*
Once they got to school, Felix left his brother and went to look for Hyunjin because he wanted to tell him about Mr. Pebbles. As he was looking around for him, he ran into BamBam. He started to get scared, but before anything could happen, Hyunjin came out of nowhere and was with his brother.
Hyunjin, what are you doing here?
Seungmin and I were walking to class and saw you here with him. Gives Bambam the stink eye.
Uhmm This is none of your problem, so you and your brother can leave.
I am going to take him, and the next time I see you hurt, I will make sure that you end up with a black eye.
Bambam scoffed, and then he walked away. After he walked away, Seungmin tapped Hyunjins shoulder. He pointed to Felix, and Hyunjin nodded his head. Hey, since we were heading to class, do you want to walk with us? said Hyunjin. Felix agreed, and they walked to class.
Once they got to the class, they had a few minutes before class started, so Felix decided to tell Hyunjin about Mr. Pebbles. Hey, Hyunjin, can I tell you something? He was looking at his phone, but when he heard Felix say his name, he looked right at him, staring into his boba eyes. Sure, whats up, buddy.
Yesterday, my brother and I went to the mall, and I got a new plushie. As he told the story, Seungmin was jealous because he didnt remember the last time his brother bought him a plushie. Oh, that is so cool. What type of plushie did you get? He was so happy to tell him what plushie he had gotten.
I got a chicken plushies, and I named him Mr. Pebbles.
Ah, that is so cool. So, since you have a chicken plushie, can I call you baby chick. This upset Seungmin because his brother hadnt called puppy boy in a long time. While he was thinking about this, he started to cry. As they are talking, Hyunjin turns to Seungmin and sees him crying.
Hey, bubs, why are you crying?
I am upset because you are paying more attention to him, and you wanna give him a nickname, but you dont call me by mine.
Just as Hyunjin was going to answer, the teacher came in and started teaching the class. The day went on smoothly for them, and Felix couldnt wait until he was with his brother to tell him about his day.
*End of school*
Felix was so happy that it was the end of the day. He had been little all day but could make it unnoticeable to other people. Hyunjin, I am going to leave first. My brother is waiting for me. Hyunjin was not ok with his baby chick walking by himself because what if he ran into that bully again? Hold on, wait for me and Seungmin, and we can walk together.
After they got all their things, they left, and they made it to where Chan was, where he was sitting with two of his friends.
Hey, Channie, Kitty, and Hannie.
When did I become kitty? said Lee Know.
I call you kitty all the time. What do you mean?
Hey, Felix who are they? said Han.
Oh, these are my new friends, Hyunjin and Seungmin. Channie, I told Hyunjin about Mr. Pebbles.
Felix cant just be telling everyone.
Its ok my brother is the same way.
Chan sighed in relief because he was scared for his Lixie.
Well hey Hyunjin one day you guys could come over and Felix and Seungmin can hang out.
That would be awesome. But my puppy boy is a little shy around new people but this would be good for him.
