As the sun dips below the horizon, casting a warm golden glow across the camp, I find myself wandering amidst the lively throng of people. Laughter and music fill the air, mingling with the scent of cooking fires and the chatter of conversations.

For a fleeting moment, the weight of our struggles seems to lift, replaced by an atmosphere of camaraderie and celebration. It's a rare reprieve from the constant challenges we face, a chance to let go of our worries and simply revel in the present moment.

I watch as friends and comrades come together, sharing stories and laughter, their faces illuminated by the soft glow of twilight. There's a sense of unity in the air, a shared understanding that despite our differences, we are all in this together.

As I weave through the crowd, exchanging smiles and greetings with familiar faces, I can't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the resilience of our community. Despite the hardships we've endured, we've remained steadfast in our resolve, finding strength in each other's company.

And so, as the sun sets on another day in camp, I allow myself to embrace the joy that surrounds me. For at this moment, amidst the laughter and music, I am reminded of the indomitable spirit that binds us together, a spirit that will carry us through whatever challenges lie ahead.

I spot Clarke walking out of a tent with a determined look on her face, Clarke most definitely needs to let loose like the rest.  "Hey, Clarke," I call out, matching her brisk pace as she strides through camp with purpose.

She turns to me, her expression a mix of surprise and determination. "Hey, Ivy," she replies, her tone focused. "What's up?"

I fall into step beside her, glancing around at the lively festivities unfolding around us. "I couldn't help but notice you seem a bit... preoccupied," I venture, trying to gauge her mood.

Clarke lets out a small sigh, her gaze flickering with a hint of weariness. "Yeah, there's just... a lot on my mind," she admits, her voice tinged with resignation.

I nod in understanding, knowing all too well the weight of responsibility that rests on Clarke's shoulders. "Well, you know what they say about all work and no play," I offer with a sympathetic smile. "Maybe it's time to take a break and enjoy the festivities for a bit."

Clarke's lips quirk into a faint smile at my suggestion, but there's still a lingering tension in her posture. "I appreciate the sentiment, Ivy, but I'm not sure I'm in the mood for celebration right now," she admits, her voice tinged with uncertainty.

I reach out to gently touch her arm, offering a reassuring squeeze. "That's okay," I assure her. "But just remember, you don't have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders all the time. Sometimes, it's okay to let loose and have a little fun."

For a moment, Clarke meets my gaze, her expression softening as she absorbs my words. "Thanks, Ivy," she says, her voice quieter now, touched by gratitude. "I'll keep that in mind."

"So where are we heading?" I ask as she scans the crowd her feet halting just for a second.

"Raven says the comms are still down, I'm looking for Bellamy" She looks at me expectantly as if I should know where my boyfriend is at every second of the day.

I chuckle softly at Clarke's expectant look, understanding her need for urgency at this moment. "Right, well, I saw him earlier heading towards the security perimeter," I offer, recalling the direction Bellamy had taken earlier.

Clarke nods, her expression grateful. "Thanks, Ivy. Let's head over there," she suggests, her tone resolute as she starts to navigate through the bustling crowd.
