One day at the Hertha station, Dr. Ratio went to Hertha to make sure that the documents he sent her were read. Intolerance for the fact that he was still limited by some other "power" developed stronger every second. His mathematical discoveries simply cannot but be recognized, but for some reason many at the station simply do not want to understand this and ignore him. Also, these damn lessons are for fools who can't even add two and two.
As soon as Ratio approached the office, he noticed a figure coming out of there. It was that crazy woman. She looked at him and smiled, noticing him. Disgust appeared on the guy's face.
"Gertha gave the go-ahead for my experiments," Ruan Mei straightened her hair and looked at him.
"What?" He raised an eyebrow and looked at her with displeasure.
"Our experiment will take place in peace, so we don't have to worry about anything happening during it," the scientist took a step forward.
"Oh, are you talking about this?" He rolled his eyes and continued to stand there. Pride didn't even want to give in to that impudent behavior. "And what will you do?"
"Act like a couple."
"You really are an idiot. Do you even know what couples do?"
"Yes. Yesterday I studied the literature to understand what couples do. And I often watched couples in public places," this question pricked the girl.
"Okay, then I'll do it right now," he grabbed Ruan Mei's wrist and pulled her towards him. "Don't resist, stupid."
Ratio leaned a little lower towards her, so that their faces began to be just a couple of centimeters from each other. An arrogant gaze quickly analyzed someone else's face, which expressed nothing. Their lips touched in a kiss. Nothing moved in her heart, just like in his. This is a common convention between them in the form of an experiment that she started, and he fell into her network. The doctor pulled away and looked towards Gerta's office.
"I have to go. I haven't finished my business yet, goodbye, crazy woman," he slightly pushed her on the shoulder, and disappeared behind the door. A faint pink lipstick remained on his lips.
Ruan Mei just looked after him, and then shrugged, expecting that they would meet again today. Basically, he didn't have much choice to somehow avoid the situation, because if he didn't come to her, she would go to him. It's not difficult for her if it's for the sake of science.
"I'll wait for you, Ratio," the scientist smiled and walked away from this place. There wasn't much of the lipstick left on her lips that she had put on this morning.
Gerta looked at the doctor and raised an eyebrow.
"Do you use cosmetics?" She was surprised to notice the trace of the lipstick.
"What? Lost your mind?" he touched his lips and realized that it was definitely HER.
"Did Ruan Mei try?"
"So that's her name. Ruan Mei," he chuckled and, throwing the papers on her table, went towards the one who, in his opinion, was ruining his life.
