Chapter 25: Date and Danger

(So I did my time line correctly but because I'm making other book at the same time I kinda messed up.)

"BUNNY WAKE THE FUCK UP!" I yell at my sleeping friend. "We got to get you ready for the date!!"

She fell asleep in the tub. I told her to take a shower, but she insisted in taking a bubble bath. Now we are 2 minutes late the restaurant is about 15 minutes away in car.

"Huh..?" She's not fully awake, so I use my feathers to get ready. She's sleepy enough to not understand what is going on. Nen can be in so many way.

My nen isn't actually connected to my back i uses this invisible force to make it look connected. I can take feathers out and they will regrow but if i using them for people, she loves feathers cannot grow again. They are gone.

My feathers can be put on someone i want that way it could be used as a communication system. they could be used as locator. When I closes my eyes for about 20 seconds i can see where they my feathers are. when i kiss a feather i can put a command on it. I can make my wings bigger or smaller So I can hide it but it does come with consequences. I can make my feathers hard as lead.

My Consequences are kinda weird even though I placed them on myself when I hide my wings for too long i gets nightmares of when someone i knew died. A realistic dream. I don't know it it's real realistic dream until it's too late. I hate that condition. when making a feather for someone i love it will take a month off my life.

I kissed my feathers to make them get bunny ready.

I was going to watch from the side. Aka wait in the car. I wish I could have a date but it's ok while they are doing that I will go over the information bunny gave me.

We finally made it to the restaurant. Aoi was wake and leorio was outside panicking. Aoi was too but her ego was too big to admit it.

"I'm start the conversation then you guy go in and continue it." I smile and walk out the car. "Looking handsome as ever Leorio!"

I see him look me up and down "I could say the same thing about you!"

We hug. It felt nice to see him again. I wish it were kur though..

"It's good to see you again you told lanky idiot!" I smile as I feel bunny get out of the car. "This is my friend aoi Charlotte! Aka bunny!"

I see his eye they were full of love and a bit of lust.

"She's gorgeous" he says quietly to me. Leorios mouth was slightly opened he was blushing like an idiot and he actually looked like he wasn't going to just be a pervert.

"Nice to meet you..leorio" aoi smiles. That sent him to heaven I could tell. It was nice to see this side of leorio.

"Alright you two y'all are already late now go. Have fun!" I push both of them. I watched as Leorio opened the door for her..and she smiled..said thank you..then walked in..leorio turns to give me a thumbs up..and walks in...

I feel myself getting all emotional...Kurapika and I haven't even been on our first date...I'm such an idiot..

'NO! Y/N ITS NOT THE TIME TO MOPE!' I clutch my fist and walk back in the car.

I sit down and read.

Cause of death: died from a car crash Had drugs and alcohol in their system Which may have let her to "the accident".

Luna was a famous model. Known for her acting roles modeling and her great body, her beautiful singing voice also caught the attention of her producer. which led to her being an all time star.

Luna was born in Chicago. Her family is from Mexico. Moved to the Chicago to get a better life for their child. Luna helped her family run the restaurant she saying for the people at the restaurant she was her producer at that time.

Rumors spread around that the producer assaulted Luna and got her pregnant. Study shows that she did have a child. Medical papers are found, but no one knows who the child really is.

People believe that the reason she got into "the accident" was because she was trying to kill herself and the child. There was a diary found about how she had her body ruined because of the kid.

She never named the child because if she did, she would get attached to it.

"A mother not loving her child.. she had every reason to do what she did, but not getting attached to the child is kind of pushing boundaries.." I lean back back on the driver seat. " poor lady. Her life was taken away by the person who promised to give her a great life... fame can do some fucked up things to people.."

'They have my last name..?'  This is making sense but 'if I were their kid then where is Luna's dad? There is nothing on that' he probably died.

I pull out the phone bunny made for me. She texted me that they will stay there for 2 hours. I sigh. I search up where her grave stone is at.

30 minutes away. I got time.

Start the car and go. Once I got there it was closed. My wing can get me over the fence. I jump up into the stary night. I went I bit higher then I intended to but I did worry to much. I just landed somewhere. I plucked a feather kissed it.

"Find me Luna (l/n).." I let the wind take the feather away. I followed it using my phone light i found it.

I grab my feather and put it back on my wing.

'SHIT! I wasn't hiding my presence' I get up but it was too late. Her flashlight was on my face. "sorry sorry! I was just-"

"Are you some creepy fan? You're quite young.. I bet you weren't even alive when she was popular..so what the fuck are you trying to do?" The lady still flashing the light in my face.

"Um no..I just-FUCKING HELL OLD LADY CAN YOU MOVE THE LIGHT? ITS HITTING MY FACE AND IT HARD TO SEE!" I look away. She moves her light. "God! Thank you. But I was saying I was just looking."

I face the lady and her face was in shocked. She was pretty short up to my chest at most. She had her hair black. Big brown eyes and small lips. She was wearing a kimoto it was nice and pink.

"Luna..?" She steps closer to you. "No..your not Luna you're y/n..."

As soon as she realizes it was me her aura changed. A dark, angry, sad aura.
