yn's pov:-
I get up and decide to tell Ari about my date tomorrow and ask for her advice as I've never been on a date before, neither have I been to an amusement park before. Even though I know she has never been to a date either but maybe she knows what I should do.
Actually, I am the one who normally gives her advice on these things but rn I think I need advice from her, 'cause this is scarier than I thought it would be.
Then, I pick up my phone and call her.
~OTP~
"Hi eonni." I say.
"Hey, girl, why'd u call me?" She says.
"Well, I wanna ask u something." I say.
"Yea, what is it?" She asks.
"Did your dad's friend tell u anything?" I ask.
"Oh!! yea!! Fuck, how did I forget to tell u? He actually asked for u to meet him at 2pm today."
"Oh, it's fine, I still have 5 hours till then. By the way, I wanna tell u something."
"Yea, what is it?" She asks.
"Well, actually, um, when I got to my house yesterday, I saw Aunt and uncle in my house-"
"Aunt and uncle?" She cuts me off.
"Yea, u remember Mr.Jeon whom we met in the gym a few days ago?"
"Oh, yea... Ok, continue."
"Yea, so, well, we all were talking, but then, they suddenly brought up the topic of marriage and how their son is 2 years older than me and how we both r perfect for each other...."
"What?" she exclaims.
"Yea, an-and then they like gave me their son's number, asking me to go on a date with him and to see if I like him.... and so I messaged him yesterday, and wait lemme send u a screenshot of our convo."
"Okay." she says.

"Girl, this is... a very short convo." Ari says.
"I know.... I was really confused on what to write and that's why this convo was a bit awkward as well."
"So.. wait, so basically... U r gonna go on a date with him tomorrow?
"Is't that what I have been telling u for the past 5 mins? U r so inattentive, eonni."
"Hmm. But like what does he do? "
"Well.... he? uh... i guess.. i mean, his dad was a mafia so maybe he is one too?" I say, hesitantly because I don't exactly know what he does.
"W- what? A mafia? U r gonna date a fucking mafia?" She says, almost screaming at me.
"Ahh, eonnii, don't scream at me like that! It's not like i wanted to go, my parents literally forced me to go."
She sighs, "uh, fine, by the way, I have to go now, get ready for the meeting later."
"Yes, ok, byee" I say and we end the call.
I sit on my bed and play the game I have coded to check that there r no problems.
After 2 hours, I go down to eat something.
"Yn, what have u decided about the date? Did u talk to jungkook?" My mom asks me.
"Yea, eomma. We have decided that he will pick me up tomorrow at 5pm." I reply and go to the kitchen to eat something.
"Oh, that's great!" My mom says, smiling happily.
After sometime, I go back to my room to get ready for the meeting. Ari has already message me all the details till then, her messages say that the person I'm gonna meet is Mr. Choi Ye-Jun.
I went to the location Ari sent me.
When I reached there, I saw that a was a big gaming company. I was astonished. I went inside and greeted the lady on the reception.
"Uh, Hi, I have an appointment with Mr. Choi Ye-Jun." I say.
"Oh, Are u yn?"She asks, smiling.
"yes." I smile back.
"Please follow me." She says and starts walking and I follow her. We reach an office and she says, "Please go inside, sir is waiting for u." With that, she bows and leaves. I gather my courage and know on the door.
"Come in." A voice says. I go inside and see a man in his 40's inside. "You must be yn." He says with a smile and I nod and bow. "Please have a seat." I take a seat in front of him.
"So, u have a degree in computer science, if I am not wrong?" He asks and I nod my head. "And u have recently designed a game?" He asks
"Yes." I say.
"Will u please show me the game?" He says.
"Right," I take out my laptop and explain everything about the game. After I am done explaining, he looks at me and says, "Wow, u r really talented, this game could get viral. I will help u publish the game. Also, would u like to work with our company to make more such games?"
"Y-Yes!" I say, shocked and happy. I got a job!
"Alright then." After that he tells me the procedure through which we will publish the game and tells me another date to meet up.
Then, I come back home, tell my parents about it and immediately call Ari.

"Eonniiii, u won't believe what happened!!!" I say, excited.
"What happened?" She asks.
"I got a jobbb!!!!!!!!!!!!" I say.
"What? really? congrats!" She says. "Give me party."
"Ok, we'll meet day after tomorrow, I'm sure u'll also get your job by then."
"hmm. I hope so." She says.
"I'm sure u will. I mean look at u, u r soo charmingg." I say.
"Ok, ok stop. By the way, we should sleep now and I won't leave u until u give me a party. Byee"
"Byee."
And with that, I go to sleep.
Guys, this is the end of the chapter. I know that this was a really short chapter and nothing much happened in this chapter but the next one will be long and interesting because of the date.
