" Paige are you almost ready!!" I yelled from my vanity while getting ready.
" Yeah!! Are you!!??" Paige answered then questioned me.
I smiled at her as she walked into the room.
" Yes i am." I replied putting in my gold hoop earring.
Paige and I were going out to dinner with amari and her boyfriend. Amari , Paige, and I get along really nicely and love hanging out together. But this is Paige and I's first time meeting Amari's boyfriend. Hopefully he supports Paige and I.
" You looking so pretty y/n!" Paige says wrapping her arms around my neck while i was still sitting down.
" Thank you Paige, so do you." I stated looking up at paige.
Paige and I then headed over to the restaurant Amari and her boyfriend were supposed to be at.
" I really hope he's nice." I said looking at paige as she drives then looks over to smile at me.
" Im sure he is." She replied to me while grabbing my hand to hold it.
I instantly feel my stress go away as she held my hand and was rubbing it with her thumb. I'm not really good with meeting people I've never seen or talked to. I don't know why I just get super anxious. Once we got there we found the table Amari and her boyfriend were sitting at and we all said hi to eachother.
" So this is Y/n and Paige!" Amari said as Paige and I sat down.
" Hi nice to meet yall!" Her boyfriend said nicely.
" Hi!" Paige responded as i did the same.
" So are you two friends or dating?" he asked quickly.
" Were dating." Paige and I said confidently at the same time.
Paige and I laughed to ourselves then stopped.
I still don't fully know if Paige has feelings for me like actually, or if she's just doing this to make people believe were "dating". I really hope she feels the same way. Honestly I have strong feelings for paige and I can't keep faking it. Tonight. Tonight im going to confess.
" Cool, Cool." Amari's boyfriend replied.
Im still very nervous and my leg is shaking like crazy. God, why can't i just be normal? I feel paiges hand rest on my thigh. Awwww!!
She then looks at me with a comforting look on her face asking me if I was okay. I nod my head to answer her. My leg starting to slow down and soon I finally felt relaxed.
Time skip*
" Thank you guys for coming!!" Amari said while hugging Paige and I.
" Of course!!" I reply with a sweet smile.
" Anytime!" Paige replied nicely.
We then parted ways and walked towards our own cars.
Paige and I got into the car and starting driving back to my dorm.
We then got to campus and Paige walked me to and inside my dorm.
" Do you want me to stay?" Paige asks before leaving.
" If you don't mind, yeah." I reply
She smiles at me and we both sit on the couch and watch a movie. I was laying on top of her as she rubbed my back. This feels like the perfect time to ask.
" P-Paige?" i whispered.
" Yeah?" She whispered back with the sweetest tone ever.
" Promise me this won't ruin anything between us okay."
" Okay I promise." she replied still rubbing my back.
" I really want us to be more than just friends. And i want the fake dating to turn to real dating. I thought that this would all be a joke and i wouldn't actually catch feeling for you. But i was wrong. I just can't stop thinking about you and really want to have you as my girlfriend-" I was cut off my paige shushing me calmly.
" Y/n of course i'll be your girlfriend." she whispered then kissed the top of my head.
I smiled then closed my eyes. The feeling of her just rubbing my back and her chin resting on my head and knowing now that shes my girlfriend officially is so comforting.
" I love you y/n." Paige whispered.
Well that was quick.
" I love you to Paige." i whipered back then fell asleep.
Morning*
I woke up and felt Paige's arms still wrapped around me. I looked at the clock on my nightstand and saw that it was 9am. Paige and I agreed to take today off from school an djust hang out together.
" Paige we should get up now." I whisper looking up at her.
She rubs her eyes with her hand then looks down at me and smiles.
" Okay." We both got up and went to the kitchen to make breakfast.
" Can we make waffles!" I ask.
Paige looks at me with her sleepy eyes and smirks at me as she leans on the counter.
" Why can't we just have cereal?" she said while grabbing both my hands and holding them.
" Ughh fine." I said.
To be honest I didn't want to make waffles anyway so i'm glad she said that. We both then made our cereal and just talked while eating.
" Wanna know something?" Paige says looking at me.
" Sure??" I say confused.
" Okay so, every since we met for the first time, you know when we bumped into each other. Basically I instantly had feelings for you. So ever since we met, i've been waiting for you to ask the question you did last night."
I looked at Paige and smiled with a look on my face that read, Awwww.
" If i knew that I would've asked sooner." I replied to her and gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek making her blush.
