I woke up laying beside Paige with her arms wrapped around me. Where am I.
" Paige." I whispered making Paige wake up.
" Good morning y/n." Paige said rubbing her eyes awake.
" Where are we?" I ask.
" We're at Kayla's apartment. Do you not remember?" Paige stated while wrapping her hands around my waist again while looking at me as she spoke.
" No?" I say confused.
" We were out eating dinner, then we all started to get tired, especially you. So we all went home and on the car ride home you fell asleep so I carried you here." Paige said.
" Oh yeah." I remembered.
" Rise and Shine sleepyheads!" Kk said loudly waking us up.
I laughed when I got out of bed.
Paige followed behind me as we walked into the living room where everyone was sitting.
" Guys should we go to IHOP before we have to go to practice, well lucky for y/n she doesn't have practice, but still we should go to IHOP. " Kayla stated.
Everyone nodded and agreed. We all just stayed in our PJs and drove there.
We took separate cars though. So it was Paige, KK, and I in Paiges car, then Azzi, Kayla, and Nika in Kaylas car.
Paiges POV*
" Kk you ready for practice?" I said while looking at her in the mirror.
" I'm actually looking forward to it!" Kk replied confidently.
" Hm, really?" I said then looking over at y/n just laying her head against the window dozing off back to sleep. Shes so cute.
" Yep. I just like practice cause I get to be around the people I like to be around you know?" Kk said.
" True." I replied shrugging my shoulders.
I then pulled into the parking lot and parked. I opened my door and closed it before walking around to open y/n's door. Shit I forgot she had her head on the window.
" Paige once you open the door shes gonna fall!" Kk stated while walking around the car over to me.
" Well no shit." I replied opening the door then reaching my hand out to catch her head.
"AH!" Y/n screamed before realizing I had caught her.
" Holy shit, thank you Paige." Y/n said while unbuckling.
I laughed at her while grabbing her hand helping her get out the car.
We all then walked into IHOP and met up with Kayla,Azzi, and Nika.
Y/n's POV*
We all sat down and ordered our food and drinks. The food came and we all started eating.
" So y/n what are you gonna do today?" Nika asked then took a sip out of her water.
" I think i'm gonna relax, maybe paint, I don't really know. But I do have a class at 1pm so I need to go to that later." I replied.
" I wish I could Paint. It seems so.. so.. soothing?" Azzi said trying to find the right word.
" It is really soothing. But I wish I was into a sport. It seems really fun having a team support you and stuff like that." I said.
" Maybe I can teach you how to play basketball." Paige replied to me with a cute little smirk.
" Yeah, maybe." I said smiling back at her.
" What if you can then try out and you can be on our team!" Kk stated.
" But tryouts are over?" I said confused.
Why am I actually considering Paige teaching me to play basketball. I mean, I do really wanna play a sport and be more active.
" Yeah, but maybe if you get really good, coach might let you join?" Kk replied.
" Y/n you should let Paige teach you some things and the basics! You would be a great addition to our team!" Azzi and Nika both shared.
I looked at Paige giving her a smile.
Paige then raised her eyebrows giving me a smirk.
" So?" Paige asked me.
" Okay, you can teach me." I said.
Paige then smiled at me.
" YAYYY!" Kk yelled.
" Kk! Shh!" Nika said quieting kk down making kk sink in her seat.
" Sorry." Kk said lowering her voice.
Nika laughed.
Time skip*
Paige and I agreed that we can go to the court tonight and play basketball. I'm so nervous. Like I know how to play basketball but I've never taken it seriously.

I quickly put on some Nike sweatpants and a white tank top and some tennis shoes. I then ran to the gym court while putting my hair up in a low bun. I then got to the gym and opened up the double doors. I saw Paige just holding the basketball on the side of her hip while looking down at her phone.
She turned around. Once she saw me she gave me a excited smile.
" Hi cutie. You ready to learn how to be the best basketball player." Paige said while grabbing my waist.
" I guess." I said smiling.
She then grabbed the basketball and handed it to me.
" Okay so you know how to hold a basketball right?" Paige said.
" Yes I know how to hold a basketball, I'm not stupid." I said.
" I never said you were." Paige said with an attractive smirk.
I laughed.
" Try to shoot." Paige said standing beside me.
We weren't to far away from the basket but we also weren't close to it.
I then shot the basketball and it suprisingly went it.
I looked at Paige shocked.
" Wow y/n! Good job!" Paige said giving me a high five then went to get the basketball.
" Thanks!" I said as I was still shocked I even made that.
" Okay now your going to try and guard me." Paige said while dribbling the ball.
I went up to get closer to her while she tried to get past me. I was doing a really good job in my opinion. Every time she would try and move past me I would just block her from where she was trying to go. She then did a very sneaky trick and got passed me and made it in the basket.
" Hey!" I said laughing.
" You did really good! Are you sure you haven't ever played basketball before?" Paige asked me while walking toward me carrying the ball.
" I haven't I swear, I just like watching y'all play so I've kinda learned a lot." I stated while maintaining eye contact with Paige.
" Interesting." Paige said looking at me smirking.
