Chapter 10

Atsushi POV:

After we were finally done talking at the cafe. We went to a few stores to find good alarm clocks.

He settled and one with stripes. Guessing because I'm a tiger? Yeah probably.

But I really enjoy akutagawa's company.

So earlier I had said "Next time we go out, I'll get you something super cool!".

But for the last few hours. The words 'Next time' rang through my head continuously.

So here i am sitting at the agency staring at my undone papers. How can kunakida go through them so quicky?

I sigh still staring at my pile of work. Until a familiar voice rings through the room.

"Hey Atsushi~" Dazai said sitting down on my desk. "Tell me did you have fun with Akutagwa?" He said smirking.

"I admit I do enjoy his company he's surprisingly fun to be around." I jad to hold back from saying to much. Hoping that ranpo wouldn't hear.

But when I glanced at his desk I soon realized that I don't need to worry about him hearing.

He is sitting at his desk. Scratch that. He's sitting on the lap of that Poe guy. Munching on candy. Although he didn't really seem to mind. And ranting about god knows what.

And karl? He's on ranpo's lap. Taking a nap.

"DO YOUR WORK" Kunakida yelled. But it was in vain. As they didn't move a muscle.

"They're like a tower" I muttered.

"Kinda~ but they are absolutely irrelevant right now! I wanna see how my favorite student is doing with his love life!" He said. Putting his hand over his forehead. Being as dramatic as ever.

"Me and Akutagawa? Id say we're on good terms" I say.

"Only good terms? Dang" he said getting up and patted me on the head. "Well, you should get your work done now" he said walking off to who knows.

And so, I had started to do my work. Getting most of it done. Before my phone went 'ding'

It was Akutagawa. He asked if I like the alarm clock. I responded 'Yes its awesome'

I smiled at the phone before kunakida shouted once more "GUYS DO YOUR WORK"
